pestfreehq.com is operated by AIRBLUE LEADS PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India and based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, trading as PestFree HQ. By using this website or submitting a request through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

PestFree HQ is a lead-generation and referral service. We collect your request and introduce you to one or more independent pest control providers who may be able to help.

We want to be unambiguous about the limits of that:

• We do not perform inspections, treatments, extermination or wildlife removal.
• We are not a licensed pesticide applicator and we hold no pest control licence.
• The providers we introduce you to are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, partners or subcontractors, and we do not control their work, pricing, scheduling, staffing or conduct.
• We do not guarantee that a provider is available in your area, that anyone will contact you, that a quote will be given, or what any quote will be.
• We do not endorse, certify, guarantee or warrant any provider's licensing, insurance, qualifications, workmanship or results. You are responsible for satisfying yourself about any provider before you engage them, including checking their licence and insurance.

Any contract for actual pest control work is between you and that provider. We are not a party to it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The service is directed to properties in eligible locations in the United States. Coverage varies and we make no promise that any given ZIP code is served.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, and that the phone number you provide is your own number or a number you are authorised to give consent for. Submitting someone else's number without their permission is a breach of these terms, and you are responsible for the consequences of doing so.

When you submit the request form you give your express written consent for PestFree HQ (AIRBLUE LEADS PRIVATE LIMITED) and one or more independent pest control providers to contact you at the phone number you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, by artificial or prerecorded voice, and by SMS text message — about pest control services, even if that number appears on a federal or state Do Not Call list.

This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can reach us without giving it by calling +1 (844) 994-0510. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.

You may withdraw your consent at any time and by any reasonable means — see our Do Not Call / Opt-Out page. Withdrawing consent does not affect contact that is not marketing, such as replying to a request you have just made or to a complaint you have raised.

Submitting a request through this site is free. We are typically paid by pest control providers or advertising partners when we introduce a request to them. That compensation may influence which providers we introduce you to, and you should not treat an introduction as an independent recommendation or ranking.

Nothing on this site is professional pest control, health, structural or legal advice. Content is general information only. If you have a situation involving immediate danger to people or animals — for example a gas smell, an electrical hazard, a structural collapse risk, a snake or animal bite, or a medical reaction — contact the emergency services or a qualified professional directly rather than waiting for a callback.

You agree not to:

• submit false, automated, scripted or bulk requests;
• submit a phone number you are not authorised to submit;
• scrape, crawl, copy or republish the content or structure of this site;
• interfere with the operation or security of the site;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The PestFree HQ name, the site design, text, images and code are owned by or licensed to AIRBLUE LEADS PRIVATE LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other use requires our written permission.

The site and the introduction service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIRBLUE LEADS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, property or goodwill, arising out of your use of this site or out of any dealings with a pest control provider introduced through it. In particular, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, damage, delay or conduct of any independent provider.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, in particular from submitting a phone number you were not authorised to submit.

This site may link to or load services operated by others, including Google advertising and measurement services and our call-tracking supplier. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and services.

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protection right available to you under the law of the place where you live, including rights under United States federal and state law.
