PestFree HQ is a trading brand of AIRBLUE LEADS PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company incorporated in India and based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India ("PestFree HQ", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we do with information collected through pestfreehq.com and through calls placed to the toll-free number shown on this website.

We do not inspect properties, apply pesticides, or perform any pest control treatment. We are not a licensed pesticide applicator. What we do is collect your request and pass it to one or more independent, third-party pest control providers who may be able to help in your area. Those providers are separate businesses. They set their own prices, hold their own licences and insurance, and handle your information under their own privacy policies once we pass your request to them.

When you submit the request form we collect the information you type into it:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• the ZIP code or service area of the property;
• the type of pest concern you select;
• any optional free-text detail you add.

We also automatically collect Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) from the web address you arrive on, so that we can tell which advertisement produced your request. These identifiers are stored with your request and are never displayed on the page.

When you call the toll-free number shown on this site, the call is routed through a third-party call-tracking service. That service records the calling number, the date, time and duration of the call, and which advertisement or page the call came from. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and record-keeping where permitted by law; where recording requires your consent, you will be told at the start of the call.

Like most websites we also receive ordinary technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view.

• To contact you about the request you submitted, by phone, text message or email.
• To pass your request to one or more independent pest control providers in your area.
• To measure which advertisements and pages generate genuine requests.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent, duplicate or abusive submissions.
• To keep records we are required to keep, and to handle disputes and complaints.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

• Independent pest control providers. This is the purpose of the service. Your name, phone number, ZIP code and description of the problem are shared with one or more providers so they can contact you.
• Our suppliers. Website hosting and database services, call-tracking and lead-management services, and advertising measurement services (including Google). They act on our instructions.
• Legal. Where we are required to disclose information by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your information for money to data brokers or list resellers. However, our transfer of your contact details to a pest control provider may be treated as a "sale" or as "sharing" of personal information under some United States state privacy laws. You can opt out of that transfer by emailing us before or after you submit a request, using the address in section 1.

This site loads Google's gtag.js tag so we can measure Google Ads conversions — that is, so we can tell that an advertisement led to a phone call or a form submission. This uses cookies and similar identifiers set by Google. It tells us that a conversion happened; it does not tell us who you are beyond what you have already given us.

You can control Google's use of advertising cookies through Google's own Ads Settings and through your browser's cookie controls. Blocking these cookies does not stop you from using this site or from submitting a request.

We keep request records for as long as needed to service the request and to keep proof of the consent you gave, and after that for as long as we reasonably need them for legal and record-keeping purposes. Records of do-not-call and opt-out requests are kept indefinitely, because we need them to keep honouring your opt-out.

• Stop marketing calls and texts. See our Do Not Call / Opt-Out page. You may revoke your consent at any time and by any reasonable means.
• Access, correct or delete. Email us at the address in section 1 and tell us the phone number you used, so we can find your record.
• United States state privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We honour these requests from all US residents regardless of state. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

We will ask you to verify the phone number on the record before we act on a request, to make sure we do not disclose or delete someone else's information.

This website is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate from India. Information you submit is processed in India and in the United States, including by the hosting, database, call-tracking and advertising suppliers described in section 5. By submitting a request you understand that your information will be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.

We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
