Do Not Call / Opt-Out

If you gave us permission to contact you and you have changed your mind, you can withdraw that permission at any time, by any reasonable means, and you do not have to give a reason. We maintain an internal do-not-call list and we will add you to it.

• Reply STOP to any text message we send you. This stops text messages to that number.
• Tell us during a call. Ask to be placed on the internal do-not-call list. The request is effective as soon as you make it — you do not need to put it in writing.
• Email airblue.leads@gmail.com with the phone number you want removed. Please write the number exactly as you gave it to us so we can find the record.
• Call +1 (844) 994-0510 and ask to be removed.

We action internal do-not-call requests promptly — normally within 10 business days, and in every case no later than 30 days from the date of your request. We keep your opt-out on file indefinitely so that it keeps being honoured.

• It stops marketing calls and marketing text messages from PestFree HQ to the number you identify.
• It does not automatically stop calls from an independent pest control provider you have already been connected with. Those are separate businesses with their own do-not-call lists. Ask that provider directly to remove you, and tell us as well so we stop sending your details onward.
• It does not stop us replying to a request you have just submitted, or responding to a complaint or question you have raised with us.

Opting out and deletion are different requests. If you also want your request record deleted, say so in your email and we will handle it under our Privacy Policy. Note that we keep a minimal record of your phone number on the do-not-call list itself even after deletion — without it we could not reliably keep you suppressed.

You can also register your number free of charge on the United States National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov, or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the number you want to register. Registering there is separate from our internal list, so if you want us specifically to stop contacting you, please also tell us using one of the methods above.
