We were quite disappointed with this company. At first the person on the phone was very friendly and understood our situation and was very reactive. He sent someone to do the job in one bedroom and that person didn’t look around and just sprayed poison all over the walls of the room. There were traces of it all over the walls but unfortunatelyr our children were still bitten at n. My husband called him back and he was suddenly very rude and told us to move the kids out of the room for 5weeks to let the poison work (we later found out that we should have never done this as they ended up migrating to the room where we had put them) I then called them again after 5weeks and they said they would call us back… they never did. We even called back one last time and the guy was like << oh yeah sorry I told you I would call back and I will asap >> he never called back.

I have had the same experience as some others here. When I called for the first time, the person was very friendly and convinced me to spend 200 euros saying they will make sure they will get rid of nice once and for all – when I told him about other companies, he said you’ll need to call them multiple times – we’ll make sure this 200 covers everything. A person came, just sprayed some poison in the hole, put some empty cardboard boxes next to it and left. Ofcourse, it had no impact on the mice – when I called them back, they same person said it’s a process and you need to book 3-4 sessions. When I insisted he send someone, he said he’ll call back and he never did. No I can’t even reach him via phone. This company is a SCAM – save your money.

Jabir was incredibly helpful, friendly and responsive and always called me back or replied to me very quickly. Jabir even came at 9pm when he was off the clock to help me remove mice from my rubbish bin when he knew I would be home alone for 2 weeks and I was very anxious about the mice infestation.
