I recently had the pleasure of hiring the Pest Stop Boys (what a brilliant name 😉 to address a persistent pest problem in my home, and I must say, their service was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, they exhibited a level of professionalism and expertise that exceeded my expectations.
First and foremost, their customer service was top-notch. From the moment I made the initial inquiry, the Pest Stop Boys were prompt, courteous, and attentive to my needs. Chris and Wayne took the time to listen to my concerns and provided detailed explanations of the treatment options available, ensuring I understood the process thoroughly.
Once the appointment was scheduled, they arrived on time, equipped with state-of-the-art tools and techniques. Their knowledge and skill were immediately apparent as they meticulously inspected my property, identifying the source of the infestation and assessing the extent of the problem. Their attention to detail was commendable, as they left no stone unturned in their quest to eradicate the pests.

From start to finish of our “rat” journey Pest Stop Boys were a brilliant company. Myself and neighbour had a rat infestation, they were in the walls and under floors between our houses. Darren arrived and we instantly felt reassured. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we felt like he was “on our side” and fighting this battle with us.
He undertook an extensive review of the house, garden, drains and lofts. He made two return visits and fitted a one way valve in drain outside, lay poison and also filled holes we discovered in kitchen. Pest Stop were super responsive and made return visits until we were reassured we had won the war!
I was also incredibly impressed at how their services were priced in comparison to other pest controls…
Thank you Pest Stop Boys.. we are now sleeping peacefully again.
After suspecting we had rats in our loft, we contacted the Pest Stop Boys and Chris couldn’t have been more helpful. He was extremely quick to come round and identify exactly how the rats were getting in. He then put everything in place to sort the issue, being extremely thorough, explaining everything to us along the way and also came back a few days later to check everything was going to plan. What was a pretty nasty discovery was quickly resolved with 5* service. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using R.J. Services for pest control for the past three years, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their services and recommended them to our neighbours. We’ve opted for a monthly retainer, primarily to keep those pesky moles at bay, as they were wreaking havoc on our lawn. Last year, we encountered a particularly troublesome influx of wasps, with nests cropping up under the roof of our house. i phoned RJ Services late one evening and the very next morning not only did they come out but they solved out wasp problem instantly and professionally.
i had tried many diy solutions but in the end paying a pro was well worth it. The wasps we had were in an awkward place to get to but James was able to treat without removing tiles or getting into the roof which saved a lot of headaches.
A quick, professional service from a local company, rare these days and well worth promoting.

I had a very pleasing first experience of using RJ Services to clear a wasps nest which had appeared by our front door. Prompt answering of phone and able to give us same day service. They visited our property when indicated and very efficiently treated the wasps nest.Friendly and professional people to do business with. Will be my first port of call should we have any other pests.

Following new windows fitted to 2 back dormers we were advised by the fitters to contact RH Smith to check whether the damp penetration experienced had been solved by this. Kane Speller from R H Smith visited and gave us a verbal opinion followed by a written report which is comprehensive and does not involve work by R H Smith. There was no cost involved for this thoroughly professional service. I will definitely use this company in the future if we have any damp issues. Thank you
We had a very good honest and efficient service from RH Smith of Worthing, they suggested the cheapest approach and to monitor the situation rather than charge for damp work which might not need to be done. Then the work was done very well and all mess tidied away, you wouldn’t have known they were ever here. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone with damp problems.

Used their services in the past and we were left very satisfied. This time however we had a False widow infestation which they do not offer a service for which is ridiculous seeing as Brighton, Worthing and Littlehampton are the top 3 areas False widow spiders have been sighted in the country.
Brighton council started a service for this a while back… It’s time Arun caught up

When we (me and my family) came in, we were very hungry and wanted to eat quick. We were seated down and asked for drinks. The drinks were good. Not long after we ordered the drinks, we ordered roast dinners. This came around 30 minutes later. We were a bit frustrated but did not say anything. The food was great and we really enjoyed it, however, the Veggie Roast was missing parsnips and stuffing. The missing stuffing was a communication issue with the staff because the kitchen had run out of stuffing but nobody told the waiter. Overall, it was fantastic food but they are not perfect time wise. Very good in value, though. Affordable and nice.
