Absolutely unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. I was told by one member of staff they were coming picking tools up from my site at 8am. I waited till 9, rang four times but was repeatedly put on hold without being given chance to speak by the rude man on the desk. When I finally did get through I had to answer a bunch of ridiculous and repeated questions before being told that they weren’t actually coming at all. I ended up having to personally take all the tools back myself to a different branch. Wasted half a day and cost me unnecessary money. Harlow is the worst branch ever. Avoid at all costs.

I have been driving from Hull to Harlow to do job for London Council and had to hire a hammer breaker from them.
They made a mistake and quote me for completely different hammer than the one I requested at first place.
Of the end I couldn’t even hire any as there was non in stock!!!Shocking!!!

I just want to say that i was dealt with in a very professional way by Jamie the branch manger. I had previously hired something from there only to find out the day before the hire date that items would not be available. I was a bit apprehensive the second time but Jamie took total ownership of my request and made the complete transaction smooth and trouble free. would have no problem using again…..
