We’ve been using Ron from Notable Pest Control for a while now for our investment properties in the Windsor & Essex area. He’s been there for us for jobs as little as getting rid of ants, to patching up holes on the side of the house after some birds decided that they’d like to lay eggs and raise their babies on the inside of the walls — Ron’s timing was perfect — as soon as the baby birds flew away safely, he was there to inspect and patch the hole so they couldn’t come back. Most Recently, we had Ron do preventative treatment at our Air BNB properties to make sure that Bed Bugs won’t be an issue for us at any of our properties. Ron’s excellent customer service, knowledge, and friendly nature are all reasons why I would highly recommend him for any pest control related issues. He’ll be there to take care of everything with a smile! Thank you, Ron, for always taking such great care of us!

The gentle man that came was very knowledgeable and polite told us all about the critters and rodents Also very reasonably priced , we used his service and are still using the service a year later. He shows up every month and Rebait’s the traps faithfully. He also lets you know he is coming and leaves you paper of the inspection of how it went and if there any activity and if he feels you should continue service. Nothing but total professionalism. I recommend Notable pest Control to anyone that is looking for great knowledge and service.

I called Ken in a frantic state on a Saturday morning thinking there were bed bugs in my home. After I explained to him what I thought were signs of those pests, he confidently informed me that those were not signs of them. He spent some time with me over the phone going over areas to check and was extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate his honesty and providing his time and expertise at no charge. He could have had me get a full inspection and charge me however his honesty put my mind at ease. I highly recommend contacting this honest and knowledgeable company.
Started a new business , refused me service from the old owners debt , I was the manager at the old company, I had decided to not see the business go down , I changed the name of business with a new corporation number and new name and they still want me to pay the old owners debt. Umm no that’s not how business works! Thanks we will take our business else where! Very unprofessional and the way joe spoke to me on the phone geeze you would not have a job if I was your boss !

This is my second time using spider guys, I have to say I used them last year and did a fantastic job, one application no spiders all season.
This year unfortunately I was charge almost $300 to spray the exterior of my home and my back yard, the service didn’t not work, I called them to say we are still noticing spiders.
I was told that it has been almost a month and I would need to redo it, so I’m subpost to pay $300 each month ?!?!
how can you charge $300 per application and not guarantee, your service and product, I’m
Not saying 100 percent but at least half of the amount of spiders in my yard.
my neighbour used another reliable company and paid much less.($70.00)
For the amount of money I spent for one time I could have done it four times with my neighbour company and he has no spider after the first application.
Sorry Spiders guys, but I have to go someplace else, as it’s not the problem
of the cost, but I expected better quality for the price.
Update on my last review after my one star review Cody reached and made sure we were happy he has taking it upon himself to make sure we were treated right and that we educated on what we needed for our property, he has handle the negative review as a professional he care deeply for his company and his customers. We have been dealing with the Spider Guys for the last 3 years and without a doubt they have helped keep our yard and house under control of spiders. When we first moved in we had all sorts of spiders around the outside of house and yard. After they started coming out they got everything under control for us. If they spray and it we start seeing spiders and such start coming back, we contact them and they arrange to come back out.
Very easy and friendly to deal with.
We would recommend using them.
I cannot say enough about this company. They are polite and professional, always on time, and they are always available to answer my messages, calls or texts. Their service is beyond exceptional. Such a refreshing experience from what I have had in the past from other companies. I completely trust their services and have never been dissatisfied. I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone because they stand by what they do and they deliver as promised.

Do NOT….do NOT hire Pro Trap. They came out to assess the situation which we were hearing noises in the attic. Did not even go in the attic. Only got up on the ladder and at shoulder height peeked in. You would expect they would go in the attic to inspect to be able to identify. Our very lengthy conversation with Jack told us all what they look for in order to identify what it is. We were told could be any number of wildlife. So in other words “guessing”. So one would think that you would have to go in to find that out. BUT after paying close to $1600.00 later we were told when he got here they don’t go in. Then we called 3 months later…..same noise coming from the exact same location. Now they wanted us to pay close to $2000.00 plus in addition pay a monthly fee for another service because now they said it could maybe be this or that. So in other words and we said to them you have no idea once again what it is and you want us to just keep paying outrageous prices in case it is this or that and if its not then just continuing to pay. We were told it is like comparing it to when you have a vehicle issue that you have to do the process of elimination. Just keep fixing and paying. They require a deposit before they come out and the remainder of full payment once the crew arrives before they even start any work. They sell you on a guarantee….guarantee on what??? The workmanship on what they did was very poor.
Fast forward to 2023 …….same noise from the exact same location from when they initially came out.
They were not willing to stand behind the work initially done when we called 3 months later with the same issue and obviously the issue we had with the noise was not resolved. The work they did for $1600.00 did not resolve the issue. It was a complete waste of a lot of money. All they were willing to do was charge an outrageous fee again with no idea what they were dealing with. Did not even come out to the house when we called back 3 months later to tell them what they did…did not fix the issue. It was over the phone and sent the quote of close to $2000.00.
We cannot put into words the disappointment with Pro Trap and the total lack of rectifying our situation. To want to just keep charging people and the stress this whole situation has put our family through. And to take it so lightly that you have just taken people’s hard earned money and totally wasted it.
It is a TOTAL DISGRACE!!!!!!!

Had pro trap come out in February because I had an issue with a skunk
They quoted me over $1400 to do the job around my deck . Deck is approx 14×14
2 guys came spent 2 hours digging out the trap down and gone. I was looking over recent home renovations receipts and I had a gas line put in that runs around the outside of my house with labour and it cost less then $1000
I had a quartz countertop cut and put on a pony wall that’s approx 5 feet long cost me $749 with labour
How can these people Justice charging this amount
I called and talked to the manager she said the cost of the wire is expensive.. really!!! What is it stainless steel ? I checked on line and their is no way this wire is that expensive that they charge that much
Not to mention you can purchase the traps at Home Depot or Rona with the most expensive being &170 max
Save your money and do it yourself don’t have them do it unless you want to empty out your wallet
My mother 91 who lives alone contracted them to remove a racoon that frequented her attic. They quoted $850.00 but she was desperate and worried the racoon might have babies in her attic and so hired them. Three weeks and $850 later they caught nothing despite the racoons being sighted and photographed entering the attic but they still caught nothing. They did put a metal patch over the holes made by the racoon although it was pretty shoddily done. Still after failure they insisted she pay full price. I called on her behalf to seek some reasonable discounts after all time was spent putting a trap on the house roof. This was declined. So we paid but felt in good conscience others should be aware. A trapper who cannot trap successfully is perhaps not most despised. In the meantime my nephew set a live trap and caught three so all is taken care of. No thanks to Pro-Trap who seem neither professional or trappers. Beware.

Shane removed a possum from my shed. He was very confident and knew exactly what he was doing. Took him 5 minutes and the possum was in a cage and off to a new location. The possum has been living in my shed and we made sure there were no babies in the shed. The possum was not injured. Don’t try to handle wildlife without the proper equipment or experience. Why scramble all over town to find average products to apply yourself and risk the welfare of your landscaping when you can call Mosquito Guard to use top shelf products and apply them properly and promptly? Landscaping costs too much money to trust it to the advice of a corner store kid selling basic chemicals that you have to apply yourself and hope for the best. We have had Spider Control through Mosquito Guard for a couple of years now and love how it works for us. Their products are awesome and the staff is exceptional. Extremely courteous and always on time. I missed their text one time and they had gone onto a different house but when I let them know, they returned within 30 minutes for our spray. This is a great company and the product is wonderful. Colin, the sprayer, is wonderful to deal with – he listens, is very knowledgeable about the product, respects the property, and is super kind. He’s a great person to have at your property and the product really works.
They text you a few days before and then again during the day of treatment to let you know when they’ll arrive. Although you don’t have to be home, it’s nice to know when they are arriving.
They promise the treatment will work, but if by chance you need a respray between treatments, they will come back to spray again. No questions asked, they want to make sure you’re happy.
I highly recommend this company and their product. And Colin needs a shout-out also – he’s wonderful to deal with.
This has been the first year we have used Mosquito Man and well worth it. Great customer service. We have had serious problems with Japanese Beetles, Bag Worm, Spider Mites and the regular Spiders and Mosquitoes. Not one this year. I am sold. Well worth it! Highly recommend them especially with all the pest that are out there. Landscaping and plants are expensive to replace, this is not. And I speak from experience…personal and through my business (AMG Landscaping & Garden Maintenance in Windsor Ontario) I will continue being a customer and have been highly recommending them to our customers.
The guys were great! Worked hard, got the job dine quickly and thoroughly! Ticks were never found again after the day they sprayed, and we were finding 4+ a day. We back onto a conservation area, so the ticks/bugs can be bad. Mosquito Man’s service is worth every penny! I could not have been happier with my experience with this company. You will not be disappointed! If you want to enjou your yard again like you used to, call them! Doesn’t matter if your neighbours don’t do it, you are still thoroughly protected.

Dear Abell Today I had a wonderful experience with your route manger Rod Lucier. The tech was very knowledgeable ,helpful and courteous. I called the competitor and they wouldn’t come out without me knowing where a bee’s nest was located. Orkin sent their Junior man and together we found it. Martin was awesome. He had the wisdom to consult Senior colleagues, persistence to keep going and the charisma of an …. He knew right away the bees he was dealing with and how they worked. If you want it done right the first time you call Gray Wolf Pest Control! We had 2 very well known companies come in for an inspection. What a disappointment both companies were!! Neither really wanted to hear what we had to say or look at what we had to show them. They were in and out in minutes and our gut feeling said we needed a third opinion.
We then called Gray Wolf and when Jamie came to the door with a few tools and gloves, we thought this guy looks like he knows what he’s doing.
He took his time and covered every area of the house, including the outside. He looked at samples we had gathered and really listened to us. After the inspection he concluded we had powderpost post beetles and termites, just as our research made us believe that’s what we had.
Jamie explained the process and scheduled an appointment right away. We wish we had called them first.

The guys came to my house and they were so very kind, polite and professional. You could tell they love what they do and have a love for animals which is very important for me!! They were gentle taking the baby raccoons out of my attic & did an amazing job all around! I would definitely recommend this company!!
