NO response! I contacted Stephen on the Pestech website using the ‘contact us form’ by email (June 16th, 2021) frantic about bird mites in my home, from a black birds nest in an exterior vent. I used email to contact him because it was evening, ‘after hours’ when I discovered the problem.
I heard NOTHING back!?
I sent a SECOND email providing my phone # and asked him to please call me IMMEDIATELY first thing in the morning!! I was terrified by these bugs!
STILL NO RESPONSE!!
I contacted another company (Embo Pest Control) and they came promptly. Cleaned out the nest, sprayed etc. What a relief!!
I have still never received any reply (phone or email) from Pestech!!
Definitely not reliable in my opinion!
Steve was so helpful when we moved into our house. We had gaping holes on the outside of our home that we had no idea about because it was a new build. He came and inspected and not only checked the whole house for critters but sealed the holes in our home. He was quick and kind!
Steve helped with a rat situation we had last summer. I cannot say enough about how amazing Steve was. He was patient, incredibly knowledgeable and kind when I thought I was going to lose my mind. He took care of our situation and my family and I are very grateful.

I scheduled an appointment but they didn’t show up when they agreed to show up. After I complained, the service person became despondent and refused to do all the work agreed. I asked for a refund on work not completed and I haven’t heard from them since.
