One word sums up the service from Callun at Pigeon Solar Panels and that word is professionalism. From the follow up call after I filled in the web contact form to the conclusion of the work and invoicing, Callun’s approach was friendly and efficient. He was able to complete the job within a week of my initial contact (due to a cancellation). He turned up on time and well presented on the day of the job. He was clear about the procedure and took numerous photos which showed the work completed as well as a useful check on the state of our roof tiles. The quality of his work was excellent and comes with a ten year guarantee. Now we don’t have pigeons getting underneath our solar panels. There are probably cheaper solutions out there but Callun was definitely value for money for the hassle free and professional approach. I would highly recommend him to anyone who values this kind of service.
Pigeon Solar Panels is the most professional company I have used. The service has been second to none from start to finish. Callun phoned promptly after I filled in the online form and provided a quote via email. It was very reasonably priced and professional so I went ahead. He kept me informed of the arrival time on the day. They have taken out so many pigeon nests and eggs under my panels, installed the mesh netting, cleaned the gutter and the decking to an extremely high standard. He showed us the before and after photos straight after, and also sent us the photos, invoice and 10 year warranty the same night! They are the most efficient, value for money, and professional company I have ever used, and I will highly recommend to anyone that needs their service!

What a team!
We had damp course work done by Steve & his family team on our small cottage in a less than idyllic situation. We could not move out while the work was done & therefore were using the room every evening after each stage of the process. Despite the situation, Sean, Barry & Stephen worked in the limited space & cleaned up after every stage in order for us to have the room back each day.
They worked as a team throughout, were always on time, got straight on with the job & kept to the well planned schedule.
I would absolutely recommend S&C Preservations & would not hesitate in using them again.. an honest, reliable, friendly yet professional A+ team.

I booked these guys to do quite a few things in and outside of my house. A wrecked garden which the tenants had abused was cleared (to the ground) in just a few hours and all rubbish disposed of. That was a brilliant service but was as expected so maybe not that surprising to people.
What I can’t believe is the quality of the job they did INSIDE the property. I’d been renovating the house after the tenants had abused it and had written off the kitchen sink and cabinet in the bathroom as they looked like they were beyond cleaning (and repair) but somehow Groves Extreme Cleaning managed to clean them so they looked almost brand new. I genuinely don’t know how they did it.
I also know that I won’t call anyone else again before seeing if these guys can do it. Simply outstanding service.
The photos I’ve included show the kitchen. This is the area I asked them to clean so any items outside of the kitchen have been placed by me and Groves were asked not to move (which they did).
Employed by housing association to replaced bottom of garden fence bordering a public footpath.
Instead chose to.take back handers from a neighbour to replace boundary fence. The boundary fence belong to us not the neughbour and therefore the contractor had no legal authority to take instruction from the neighbour.
The unauthorised work has damaged my property and is at best poor quality and is in danger of falling.

Following some recommendations I decided to use Groves to top some overgrown trees on my drive. It was a difficult job but Craig and his troops took it in their stride. Using care and consideration they did all the necessary welfare and environmental checks. Using state of the art equipment the fifteen trees have been trimmed appropriately. The result has given us huge amounts of extra light in the house. They made sure that the drive was left in excellent condition which matched their care and professionalism. Would have no hesitation in recommending Groves for this type of work and I’ll be using them for future work. Thanks chaps.

AN EXCELLENT JOB WELL DONE
I would like to register my delight now that David has been and did a grand job of cleaning my double oven and extractor fan.
He not only cleaned it, he also managed to put right what the previous cleaner did wrong with the extractor filter. So it is fair to say he fixed my extractor fan.
He was friendly and respected me and my flat protocols.
David clearly takes great pride in what he does and must be a great asset to this company.
I also used this company a week ago for a carpet clean and was pleased with the result. I work from home and it was important the carpet shouldn’t take long to dry, I was impressed with the method they use to clean the carpets and they were completely dry in less than 2 hours but felt only slightly damp within 30 mins.
I would highly recommend this company for the great value for money and for the delivering of great results.
Would I use this company again? DEFINITELY
I was a customer (in case they say I wasn’t below). I had an expensive deep ‘covid’ house move clean for elderly parents, 85yo and 76yo (mid covid) father was major post-cancer op and highly vulnerable. This company only did a half job. Absolutely disgusting level of service and left the house in a revolting level of cleanliness. No way to get refund as only offered re-clean after moved in (again, still mid-covid). Even didn’t want to respond over email and made parents hand deliver letters. What a joke of a company.
I had my oven and carpets cleaned yesterday, what a great result! Our stairs and landing smells, looks and feels as good as new, so pleased with the results. I was surprised how dirty our oven was, Craig did a great job would highly recommend.
