Jason came out after another firm told us we had loads of rat activity in kitchen and the loft after neighbour told us she had rats. It had been 4 days and something I couldn’t put my finger on was bothering me about the firm that had been out. I rang Jason after being recommended to me, sobbed down phone because I was on edge of mental breakdown at this point and had took the kids to a hotel late the night before as I couldn’t bare to be at home any longer as I was that terrified. Jason was very understanding and reassuring and arranged to come out 2 days later when back off hol. When he came out he had a thorough look round the home and confirmed we had no rats, no rat activity and all that was evident was old signs of mice (which we knew we had 5 yea) I asked if he would come back in 2 weeks to recheck due to my paranoia, and how I was happy to pay, he said no as would be taking money off me for nothing. Jason was lovely, very knowledgeable and explained numerous things to make me feel better and had a cracking sense of humour. It’s also nice to know that he’s not the type to fleece people when plenty of others would. I would definitely recommend to anyone else with any type of pest problem, would definitely call again if we needed too, but in nicest way possible hope we don’t see you again!
We have had a rat issue for a few months, we have used a company who have been supplied through the house insurance who have come and put bait down, killed the rats only for the problem to return. I’ve had very little advice from them on how to stop the issue. Anyway after a google search I contacted Jason who came round at a very reasonable fee, and he came and was a totally different kettle of fish to the insurance people. Straight away he asked about the issue, went all round the house looking for entry points and sealed up what he thought were potential issues and gave good advice for next steps if the issue wasn’t solved. Also left bait in the problem areas. So far so good and no activity for a day or 2, but in the meantime we have had a drain survey from a company recommended by Jason and if the problem returns we have a clear plan of what to do next. I strongly recommend Jason, very professional, very thorough and looks at the source of the issue and not just the issue.
In 2021, Jason rescued us from a wasp nest in our garage’s roof. He was so helpful, professional and efficient that we kept his contact details, should we need to. Well this weekend, we found a wasps nest in the ground of our front garden, so we contacted Jason straight away. He has now treated the nest and been exactly as great as I remembered! He explained everything clearly and is ready to come back for free if the nest needs more attention. He also checked around our house and garden to see if there was any more nests, to give me peace of mind. Oh and also I truly appreciate that we can contact him by email without needing to call, because I have phone anxiety so it makes my life much easier. Not every company does that, so it’s a real advantage. Thank you so much Jason, you’re fantastic! 🙂

The best window cleaners that we have ever had – and we have had a lot! They are polite and friendly, send a text message the day before they are coming and do a good job. They were recommended to us and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
We used Craig to clear the gutters and power clean the front driveway, excellent for both jobs. He was quick to respond to any questions and his overall communication with us was excellent. I would recommend Craig and will gladly use his company again.
Craig cleans my windows and sills every month and has been doing so for a few years. He always does a great job and paying is so convenient by bank transfer. He also offers a gutter clearing service in late autumn/winter. Would highly recommend

Couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve had so far from Enviroguard. Had an unfortunate Beetle infestation in our old cottage. The insecticide treatment has been very effective so far. Michael in particular has been very helpful, knowledgable and is passionate about what he does. He has been in regular contact to help reassure us and give advice during a particularly stressful time.
I purchase their pigeon mesh for my solar panel business and have had around 7 or so deliveries to my house. They deliver the very next day every time. The product is great, I fold it in half and screw it to the side of my black panels and its hardly noticeable from the ground. None of my customers have ever had bird problems since.
Had Adam Andy & Steve at our premises to do a loft clearance after a rodent problem.
From start to finish they did an absolute fantastic job! Way beyond my expectations.
They were very professional, friendly and are an absolute credit to enviroguard.

Outstanding service from a really friendly bloke! I had wasps nesting inside the walls of my house, Richard came out next day (although he offered a same day appointment I couldn’t be home) he turned up on time and explained clearly what he was going to do and what I should expect to happen. Within hours of his visit and treatment the wasp activity is gone!
I would definitely use him again and not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

used pest axe for a wasp removal found them to be great fast service and good pricing however we then tried to use them several times since and have passed their number to numerous clients of ours and they have not come back to one single call or message. the original property we got them out to has since had another wasps nest reported after they advised all was clear.
