Absolute joke of a company, they visited the building several times, I originally highlighted where there was previous access points that may have reopen, told me to look around and patch any holes up (isn’t that your job?), then they put rat poison containers in several area of the building and said they’ll be back in 2 weeks (roughly).
Long story short, it’s been several months now and after the first visits, each re-visits has them making an excuse for not doing any additional work to process the issue.
Their level of competence is at par of Liz Truss if not worst. That’s telling your something.
Please, if you do have any issues with pests or whatever it maybe, go to a reputable company. These’s guys are the definition of cowboy builders.
Guy turned up, pleasant enough chap. However I fail to see how someone can turn up for a job without testing the necessary equipment to deal with the rodents was fit for purpose. He was here on behalf of a housing association. I have no choice but to report it to the housing association as it’s time wasting like this that costs the housing association a lot of money, which in turn puts out rents up. I certainly wouldn’t use this company if I owned my home.
Very thorough professional company, booked in by housing authority. Three visits over a six weeks period and our mouse problem is gone! Our operative was Lewis, who was very punctual and he kept us informed of the work he was doing and what we could do to prevent any more mice entering the property, he visited regularly to check traps and updated us at every visit. Highly recommend

Repeat visit after 18 moths from John Smith excellent communication and explanation of each stage. Very high quality of service for reasonable price. After horror having rats nest in the kitchen walls thanks for Pest Professionals all of this is distant history now. Definitely will use this service again and Highly recommending!
