Hier bekommt man tolle Dekorative Elemente fur Heim und Garten. Aber auch alles an Pflanzen und Gartenzubehor. Das Personal ist stets nett und zuvorkommend. Die Ware hochwertig und preislich sehr attraktiv.
Decent garden centre, but the cafe is a pure Desaster, loads of screaming children and very slow service.

Das Gartencenter bietet eine tolle Auswahl an Pflanzen sowie Zubehor und anderes fur den Garten an.
Anfangs war ich erstaunt, wie gross die Aussenflache ist, da man dies von aussen nicht erkennen kann.
Es gibt hier alles, was das Herz von Pflanzen und Gartenliebhabern hoher schlagen lasst. Von grossen Zimmerpflanzen zu Obst und Nadelgeholzen ist alles dabei.
Auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und beraten einen gerne. Es wird auch direkt kommuniziert, wenn eine Person in diesem Bereich keine Ahnung hat, jedoch wird dann die Kollegin gefragt, welche dann weiterhelfen kann.
Preislich ist der Laden im mittleren Preissegment, was jedoch fur die Qualitat der Waren mehr als Angemessen ist.
Von aussen recht unscheinbar, uberzeugt der Laden sowohl innen, als auch auf einer sehr grossen aussenflachemit einer sehr grossen Auswahl. Es ist fur jeden ublichen Bedarf was da.
Vor allem super finde ich, dass man einfach einen Mitarbeiter ansprechen kann und direkt eine kompetente und freundliche Beratung bekommt. Ein sehr angenehmes Einkaufen, bei dem man keine Fragen scheuen muss.
Auch wenn im Nachhinein fragen aufkommen, kann man sich einfach an Mitarbeiter wenden und es wird einem schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich geholfen.
Die Mitarbeiter hier haben Spass an ihrer Arbeit und verstehen was davon. Das merkt man auch als Kunde.

Hier erlebt man mehr als nur Einkaufen. Das Gelande ist im Grunde ein botanischer Garten, es gibt unheimlich viele, liebevoll gepflegte Pflanzen zu entdecken. Die Mitarbeiter lieben ihren Job, das merkt man ihnen an. Sie nehmen sich Zeit fur die Beratung und geben kreativen Input, was man mit den Pflanzen alles anstellen kann.
Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, und ich wurde sagen es lasst sich fur jeden Geschmack das passende Grun (oder bunt) finden!

@Kaufland: you are NOT sorry. These issues did not pop up in this country yesterday. Guess what? you keep your employees and my money goes to honest employees elsewhere. Good riddance. The complaint is already sent to your customer service, nothing will happen. I will not give you the satisfaction of having my review removed by the politically correct google team.
This location is quite deteriorated, maybe because of the many years. I think it’s slowly time for a renovation. In general the whole shopping mall is in the same situation. Please improve!!!!
I reached 5 min before the store was closing, they had closed the gates to the store. I don’t think this is very professional of Kaufland.

It is the worst supermarket of the world. Seriously. The one who arranged the order of shelves was definitely mentally challenged. Where to find canned beans? Between cheese and meat fridges. But don’t try to find canned soup nearby. They are 1 floor up. They should put up maps like ikea. Or just arrange shelves using common sense. Seriously illogical. I have been to thousands of supermarkets all around the world but this is the ever worst one. Kaufland in general is OK. Just this only one shop should be avoided if time and mental health matter to you
Supermarket with a huge variety!
The Kaufland brand products are cheap and good. There is a lot of variety of brands as well. There is a small Turkish and Russian section. Avoid going late evening on Mondays. A lot of times common fruits and veggies are sold out.
Amazing place so amazing like just imagine like you went in a supermarket and you so nice people wow so nice like the best people in my life. I know we should go. I know like it’s the best time ever time.

The wine area is well labelled so one can just go to the right section easily. Compliments to the good store planning by the management. The variety of goods is just great for browsing. There is a Frick backery opposite the supermarket where you can have a cup of coffee or tea Seats are limited. Restrooms are available. Families can get their Kaufland hotdog here for 1.20EUR.
Kaufland is not bad but sometimes it is just way to many Sortiments. You don’t know what to choose.
The girls who work there are very friendly and helpful! The work is hard but they keep smiling!

Poor cashier service. I am visiting it very often but last time I had negative experience at cashier. I took only few items for 15 euros and prepared exact amount in cash (mainly 2 euro coins and few 1 euro). And cashier did not want to take the coins. After all she took it but was very unhappy that she needed to count it.
Post-corona visit. Obligatory to wear a mask inside.
1- Free parking for 2 hours.
2- Public toilet, soap and hand sanitizer available.
2- Wide variety of products.
3- Some products were out of stock, especially Kaufland’s brands.
4- Good prices.
5- Friendly staff.
Went on a Thursday, super busy from 18:00-20:00.
Kaufland is a good place to shop for food as well as non food items. There is plenty of parking. if you are coming from abroad and like the VAT refunded you can tell the person on the till, and they will issue it accordingly. You just need to fill it in. Prices are good depending what you need.

The store opened late on 30 March 2022, the store associate that opened the door was totally rude, irresponsible, and totally careless. instead of apologizing to customers, waiting in the rain, she blamed them not paying attention to the other door.
That sense of entitlement and extremely poor customer service attitude is very rampant in Kaufland, and there is 0 professionalism or attention by the store manager. Such act will never pass unaccountable anywhere in developed world.
A 1/2 star, if available, would be too high for this.
Good variety of produce, fish, meats and fruits. All very fresh and at a reasonable price. Sales are always happening so do keep an eye out. The store can be very crowded after working hours and on weekends. Clean facility. Clean washrooms. Plenty of accessible spaces for those who need. Lots of parking in general. Carts available with the use of a coin. Bottle return services available. Staff are friendly and cashiers are very quick. Pharmacy, independent Bakery and food available on site.
