Called this company today regarding ant control. The guy on the phone was very rude and unprofessional! When asked about pricing which was the highest pricing I’ve gotten so far..he hung up on me! I would never recommend this company for service simply because their customer service is horrible !
Received excellent help from Mike regarding a tenant and their bed bugs situation. He was supportive and helpful – so help we are on our way to clearing the bugs hopefully without the need for heavy chemicals. I would highly recommend getting in contact with Mike for your pest control needs.

Mike is always there for any pest issues we may have! We have used him time and time again and every experience has been top notch. I recommend him to neighbours, family and friends and they have all had good experiences as well. If you need someone to get rid of a pest or rodent on your property I definitely recommend Pest Relief Operations. They also do spider spray for our boat in the spring, which has been a lifesaver year over year.
Susan worked for another company that was our pest control for our restaurant. She is very friendly and dedicated to her job.
She has since branched out and started this pest control company and if that doesn’t show dedication I don’t know what does.
She was always informative and thorough with her inspections and check ups.
If I ever need any pest control in the future, I will be calling her.

Me and my fiance have been hearing footsteps above our bathroom ceiling and had Abdul from Akim’s Pest Control come in to inspect. Abdul was very knowledgeable about the different animals (as we initially thought it was raccoons), their living patterns, and possible entry points. Abdul said my case was more involved since it was an older house and had gaps all around the siding which might be costly. He put rodenticide boxes in the meantime.
The day after the inspection, a squirrel had chewed through the wall, made its way INSIDE THE HOUSE and was running around in our bedroom. We called Abdul and he was quick to come in and catch the squirrel to release it outside.
Abdul and his crew was able to seal all the gaps within 3 days and give me 10 years warranty. Now the footsteps are gone and there are no more signs of the squirrels. Solution-focused local companies like this with honest pricing should be supported. There is no one we trust more than Abdul to fix our pest problem. Akim’s Pest Control will always have our business.
over charged taken advantage of seniors, charge $360 to put a bucket on a bat and take it from my house. did not do any checking of the property to see where they were coming from like promised on the phone consultation, very disappointed….
I would like to note the lack of professionalism that I unfortunately had to deal with as a result of this review. I received a phone call from the company explaining there dissatisfaction with my review of the elderly parents experience.
Since apparently they received a 60% seniors discount for the service. Foolishly I was more concerned for the well being of my parents safety so I did not do my research when looking for this service, went with first company I called Akim Pest. Lesson learned always research and get proper quotes from reputable companies. And to the gentlemen who called it is unfortunate however you do not get to control the narrative of your customers experience….
Akim Pest Control was awesome. They came to the house the same day we called. That was VERY much appreciated! The raccoon is gone and we have 4 roof vent guards to help keep critters from coming back. They told me they guarantee their work. We’re very pleased with that

This amazing man received my call because I was freaking out after noticing some fur stuck in my airconditioner vent. I truly thought a wild animal had gotten in the vent. He was very kind, inquisitive and wanted to help. What had happened though was one of my kids who are all under 7 had placed a stuffed animal there. This wonderful human being was so kind to take a look and told me he would give me a quote after looking. Once he came he saw it was a stuffed animal. I was freaking out all day thinking a big animal maybe had died in my AC vent. I offered to give him even gas money for coming here to look, but he refused. He was just happy to help. Something for me to laugh about when kids are grown but also something he should be proud of for helping me. Thanks and I highly recommend him. He is a good guy. If you do have pests he can be trusted to do his best to get rid of them.
I had an ant (the tiny ones, not carpenter) problem in my kitchen. I contacted one local company who quoted me over the phone (double what Mike charged) and said it would be a service charge if they came to see the issue. I didn’t care for that scenario so I continued looking and tried Regional Pest. I am so glad I did. Mike was so helpful, professional and courteous. He came out the next day and took care of the issue, spraying my whole house in and out. I didn’t have to move a thing as he took care of everything! I have saved his number in my phone and suggest you do the same. Did I mention he charged half of what the other guys quoted! Thanks Mike.
Mike was extremely professional. We had ants in two different areas of the house. As a panicked home owner, I called Mike and he immediately calmed me down. He asked all of the right questions, didn’t rush me at all, and explained everything thoroughly. I was concerned about treating my house because we have small children. He reassured me we would take the safest approach to address our ant problem. It’s refreshing to know there are businesses out there that love what they do and not just out there for a cash grab. After waiting for the order for 3 weeks, I called them this morning, I found out that the order was sent Monday, we are Wednesday and the order should arrived today. She also sent me the invoice today, I didn’t received anything before. I ordered some Nematodes for my garden, they have to be refrigerated all the time… they arrived after 2 days in a cardboard box with a little ice pack, the size I put in my lunch! It was not cold anymore, not surprising after 2 days… I called them back, and like this morning, the first thing she said is “I have to connect you with the ordering department “, and after 2 mn, “they are not responding they will call you latter”… I am sure nobody will call me back and now I don’t know if my nematodes are alive… I do not trust this company, I will let you know if they call me back…because I am honest and I will let you know if I am wrong !
Ok they called me back… apparently, the nematodes have to be refrigerated after I receive them but it is ok if they are not before that… now you do what you want with that…
Bought the gypsy moth trap & lure. The lure is worth about $7/8. This whole kit (and I bought 2 of them) cost me $25 each so that translates into $17 for a cardboard trap. It comes with 2 cards that have sticky sides but when that is full the moths can find their way out because it is dark inside and they can see the light from the openings. I have watched them go in and come out. A ridiculous price for this trap. Better to buy the lite and make your own trap. At the very least it should come with a dozen sticky cards. I do not recommend this product.
After my review above this company has been very helpful. I have more sticky card inserts and having the traps up for a few days now find they really do work. Still not happy with a cardboard trap for the price but they do work.
Amazing customer service! We started using their fly predators last summer and were so impressed with not only how well they worked, but also how helpful the staff were. We got on their fly control program this year and Stacey has been incredibly helpful with the program, and with any other questions I have about insect control around our farm.

I called Truly Nolan to help me with unwanted rodents around my property and Dakota was truly an expert. I had rats that caused a lot of damage to my outdoor furniture and constructed gross nests from chicken bones and leaving droppings everywhere. When guests come over we typically avoid the area due to embarrassment plus there was one incident that made a friend not want to come over until I got the situation under control. When I called, they helped immediately and I got an appointment when it was convenient for me. Thank you again Dakota for helping me out and giving me helpful advice. Back at the end of February I realized that I had a rat problem. I contacted Stuart from Peninsula Pest Control. He was very professional and meticulous with his explanation of how he was going to get rid of my rats. He told me exactly what I was going to get for the price he charged and gave me a guarantee. He was prompt and timely with his appointment to come to my property. He also came back to re-bait any of his traps that were empty. My rat problem has since gone. I would highly recommend Stuart and his company to get rid of any of your pest control needs. I was extremely satisfied with his service.
We had this company come in to help us get rid a bug problem we were experiencing. He assured us he would spray and the problem would be taken care of. Well, he charged us $400 and ended up coming back 4 times to spray then we had to call him back a fifth time and then wanted to charge us more money. I would not give this company a recommendation of any sorts. They do not know their business and as far as I am concerned are only outt to take our money and not solve the problem.
I called to enquire about a mouse problem, and was given information upfront on what service would be provided and costs before the visit. So no surprises when Stuart arrived. He’s very professional, knowledgeable, efficient. He was able to identify very quickly the entry point for mice and ways to address it. He provided solutions that were effective. And answered my many questions. Great service, very impressed.
