Many thanks to Active Pest control for helping me out today. I was so stressed due to a rat in my home that I was shaking, and when I called Active Pest Control Obaid came in less than an hour and solved my problem right away! Not only did he make sure that the pest control was accomplished but he also plugged any holes and set bait for any other critters that may want to try to enter in the future. Price was very reasonable for the service provided. I am very happy with the service and I recommend this company to anyone. You won’t find service this quick and professional anywhere else.

Very friendly, honest and helpful. The technician explained everything he was doing step by step. Did a thorough job dealing with house rats. Was told I did not have to pay if the problem was not dealt with. After they did their job, I was given a 3 month warranty which includes them coming back free of charge up to three months after to deal with the rats if we hear or see them again. Was also given some very valuable free advice about how to actually get rid of raccoons without paying a post control company thousands of dollars. Simple but very effective. Their rates were cheaper than other companies for the same amount of work. Highly recommended.
We had a very aggressive wasp nest with the entrance directly above our front door, hidden in our brick work. We called Total Pest Control and not only were they the best price they came the same day. Khan, our tech was very professional and personable. He was suited up for battle and the job was done within an hour. This was a huge relief for us and we really appreciate the fabulous service we received. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Javed, the exterminator who had helped us get rid of a bad bed bug spread at our apartment. It had spread all over and we could not sleep over days. We even got bad allergies, but Javed listening to our plight he came one morning and professionally helped us get rid of it. He is extremely responsive and a very thorough professional. He had earlier also helped us get rid of a mouse which was plaguing our place. Top line pest control is the best and Javed is by far an awesome pest controller.
We had cockroaches in our house and we contacted Top Line Pest Control to help get rid of them. Javad came to our house to do an inspection in which he took great care and time to look around and understand the problem. He then did the treatment to exterminate the bugs and it worked! Service was great, price was reasonable, and I highly recommend for pest services!
Very professional work!!! We had a rat problem the first time at our store and he came and cleared it all within a week however we had another problem with cockroach’s and with great work he is treating it right now. Price is really good and a very good man explains everything to you and does check ups.

There are no words to describe how grateful we are to Simon, Shane, Isabella and their team. They are helped us with the mice infestation in our home and spent time to investigate and examine the whole house. Our strata complex hired their own useless pest control company but they did 1% of what Raincity did for us and the mice issue just gotten worse. Raincity sealed all entry points and set up traps, and they do follow ups. It is difficult to find people these days who care about what they do, but Raincity just exceeds expectations with service and outcome. I have called other large famous pest control companies, but none seemed to care about anything except the cost. If you are looking for honest caring people, try Raincity.
RainCity Pest Control just took care of a massive wasp nest up deep inside the soffit right at our deck and right above our bbq area. Very prompt in responding and highly professional. It was seamless, simple and very good price. I was going to try to tackle it myself but given the cost to buy the things needed to deal with the problem, plus the fact Im not an expert (and allergic to wasps), making the choice to hire a professional was easy. Very friendly staff and they even left me with a free prevention device. I was given the assurance they would return if the wasps lingered at all but all wasps completely gone right away. Like many others have similar issues, our house would get ants all around the yard and in our home every year. The last couple years we’ve tried all sorts of store bought methods to try to get rid of them, but nothing seemed to last. There would always seem to be more coming into our home. We had a mouse issue in Feb2022, the first time after we moved here in 3 years. Surprisingly several friends recommended us the same service, which is Karl from Tactic Pest Control. They are right!
Karl is indeed an expert on pest control. He arrived quickly and addressed issues efficiently. More than that he elaborated what could happening behind the scene and suggest what we should do to improve.
It is an on going process to have pest control in single house. Recommend their monthly program which can start the pest control from yard monthly, it helps us a lot in the last 3 months, and mouse issue finally under control.
Five start service of Karl from Tactic Pest Control
I hired Karl from Tactic pest control to help me remove the wasp nest in my top roof which was too high for me to reach. Karl arranged to come in a timely manner and had successfully stopped the crazy in and out activity of the wasps with just a visit. He offered to come back for 2nd treatment for free if the wasp doesn’t stop after the first visit. That gave me a peace of mind. I was also glad to see Karl in his full gear during his service. Karl is nice and professional. I am happy to write this review and would recommend him for your pest control need.
Very professional service; we suspected there was a squirrel in our attic and their staff answered our calls and texts very quickly; thoroughly inspected our place, really took time to answer our questions and came back to check the traps several times; the squirrel was captured after 4 days and most importantly — they removed and released the squirrel *in a humane manner* — thank you!

I called this pest control company a couple of years ago about the mice and rat issue in my house with the new development in the area. 2 people came over, changed me $200 to do an inspection. They only looked around the outside of my home and told me they saw no holes or entry ways outside except my garage door, that needed the rubber on the bottom replaced, the told me I needed to replace, saying they were getting in there.
I asked if they could set up traps or look inside my home. They said there was no need until I fixed my garage door. I asked if they would do anything else and they told me I had to set up bait stations and they would not do anything more. So I paid $200 for them to walk around my home and tell me to fix my rodent problem.
A year later I had renovations done in my home, one being replacing the siding of my home as that was where the rats were getting in. Pest control didn’t tell me this in their inspection. How did they miss this? I also had my garage door fixed too. Rats are gone but mice are still getting in. I have called another pest control company for the mice issue. I was so disappointed with this company’s service.
I recently hired ASM Pest Control to help with a persistent ant problem in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the actual treatment, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain the process and answer all of my questions, putting my mind at ease. The treatment was highly effective, and I haven’t seen a single ant since. We hired Advance Pest Control based on how kind and initially informative the owner was. Please do not be fooled. For ten months we paid about $300 a month and our mice problem got worse. We ourselves paid contractors to re cement all the cracks in our crawl space, bought sticky pads and set snap traps. Their solution was to put bait boxes all over our house and to keep the doors open so mice could move freely. Since they were the supposed experts we complied. Eventually we were guests in the mice’s home. They were running around openly during the day. We would catch four a day. We called to speak with managers and there was zero concern or professionalism to help. However the invoices kept coming. Their visits were less than 20 min with zero solutions. They just kept saying you’ll have to wait the 21 day birthing cycle. We hired a new company. They came in and sealed all the entry points on the outside of the house. They gave a full report of their work and the consumption of the bait boxes (contained in one area) and within two months our rodent problem was resolved. None of this was done by Advance Pest Control. Why would they solve a problem when they can come every month to charge you? There are a few reviews calling them scammers. I definitely would agree.
Have had a rodent issue, another company came, didn’t find anything, still way over charged us, could still hear the rodent, called Advanced Pest Control, they came over, the technician was Andrew, he was very thorough. We couldn’t find the entrance, so he didn’t make us pay in full. Then the rodents made an appearance, Andrew came back, set up multiple traps, we caught two in the first night, and they are still coming over to clean up/re bait the traps, already included in the price we already paid. They’re the best company for sure, very thorough. Highly, very highly recommend!
Andrew was assigned to our place for a cleanup of our previous rodent fece filled crawl space. He cares that clients are left in a healthier living environment while providing information imperative to health concerns. Thanks for coming to clean up a mess I wasn’t able to do! They are the vendors for my strata. They came to check on a job. Or apparently they did. Said there were no rodents. They sent my strata the report, which they sent to me. Strata said since they found nothing they will charge me the fee from atlas pest control. I came home and opened up the area in question and I pulled out 4 mice. Forwarded photos to strata, who forwarded it to them, asking them to show up again and do the work properly. Showed up the next day unannounced again. Lucky my wife was home to explain what was going on and tell the technician that he didn’t find mice cause I removed them. I was able to speak to the technician on the phone and he told me he would put in a report for covering access areas. Their office called later that day and gave a January 4th estimate date for covering access areas. Lady at the office is incredibly rude. Doesn’t listen to information you are giving. I asked if I can send photos of the area in question. She told me the technicians are wildlife experts and I don’t need to. Can only imagine if it happened to someone who could not dig around and remove rodents. I did it to prove to strata that the company actually didn’t do the work they are claiming they did. I asked for proof, a photo, anything. I was told they don’t take photos and pretty much it is what it is. If I didn’t pull out mice myself, I would be on the hook for the bill.
We had Rykki come out to our home in Surrey as we had some mice move in while we were away on vacation. She was very professional, personable, thorough and on time. Our Daughter has used Atlas at her store in Chinatown and found them to be very efficient in a commercial setting as well. Their pricing was very fair, we would not hesitate to recommend them. Michael at Atlas Pest Control is my go to when I need to control the pest! I have had to deal with an attic full of baby rats and mama raccoon using our ceiling as their home with her babies to spiders and bed bug issues. Asmat is extremely personable and professional. He’s prompt, efficient and an expert in his field. He came when we called, provided a complimentary home inspection prior to service and he got to work just days later. He explained the process to us and did not judge us when we were afraid that a mouse might escape from a trap – making us feel at ease and ensuring that he will make sure they will not return. He located all possible entry points in our home and always returned our messages whenever we needed him to do a follow up and check any other possible entry points. He was always professional in his work as this is an ongoing process, but we are on the right track and we currently do not have any indication of mice in the home as of today. I would recommend him for anyone dealing with pests in their home/business.

We had another company previously come to help us deal with a mouse issue within the house and after working with that company for over 8 months and following their every recommendation, we still had not resolved the issue. This guy , Raj, collected $300 in the very beginning, applied medicine boxes the the house and blocked several holes around the foundation of the house. However he didn’t check upper part of the house. Mouses keep on coming and go and never stopped. He said he was gone for holidays for 2 months and will continue to treat when he is back. Unfortunately he still can not get rid of mouses after his holiday. He said 3 month warranty expired then not answer call or do any further treatment. He does awkward work. Not recommend to use him
