I called Jason as I found a hornet making a nest in my shed. He came round that day & could see that we could humanely fix the problem ourselves so directed us how to do it. He was extremely knowledgable & very kind as he could have done the job & charged us but he didn’t take advantage. Jason came out the next day to look for a possible wasp nest and did a thorough search of the house and garden. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some great advice. The nest wasn’t on our property so there was no need for a removal, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call Jason next time we need any kind of pest control or advice.
We booked Jason to remove a wasp nest from my mother’s loft. He arrived promptly and advised that the nest was no longer viable and did not need removing. He left after 15 minutes without charging us a penny. A lovely, personable man who we recommend without reservation.

After a night of no sleep due to the sound of scratching and scurrying above my head in our loft, Mark from cardinal pest control was over to our house on the same day that I called. With a very swift response and a declaration from me of “I don’t want to know what animal it was”, he discreetly disposed of all sight, sound and evidence that we had extra unwanted guests. Would highly recommend them for their “down to earth” attitude and just overall decency and professional manner.
Mark was highly recommended by our neighbors, and he certainly lived up to the praise. He efficiently handled a wasp infestation on our flat roof with just one treatment. I’d like to express my gratitude to Luke for his role in solving our rat problem. Also his understanding on how much of a headache it can be to solve this problem. All the advise he gave helped us find where the rats were gaining entry into our property. Unfortunately for us it was a drainage issue. Luke recommended a drain surveyor and we discovered two redundant pipes that weren’t fully sealed. We got those sealed off and have been clear ever since. If you’re looking for someone to help with a rodent problem then Luke is the person to speak to. He’s got in depth knowledge and will help solve the problem. Thanks Luke!
We got 2Tap Bird & Pest Solutions in after discovering a horrible smell from under the floor. They came in and assessed the house thoroughly laying strategically placed traps. It wasn’t long before the offender was caught! They then followed up with another visit to ensure we were completely clear. I can’t praise them enough for attending site so quickly and sorting this issue out swiftly. Luke is not only professional, but also both friendly and polite. They are, without question, highly recommended and would certainly make use of their services again in the future.
I cannot rate Luke highly enough. I called quite panicked with what i thought was a wasp nest in the loft. He came round promptly and on time, was highly knowledgeable, polite, friendly and efficient. I would 100% recommend Luke. Mark and his team at Dyno pest were absolutely excellent. Very thorough, polite and made the whole experience, which we thought would be very troublesome, the best it could be.
It is a very unique and difficult situation to have to deal with a pigeon infestation on the roof, and so we were naturally very worried about spending so much money. But it was so worth it considering how well Mark did the job and how there are no pigeons on our roof now.
We were given options and subsequent price comparisons, and it was all made completely clear. There was no twisted info or dodgy dealing. They were upfront but delivered on their promise.
The netting looks great and to have no problem with pigeons now, as well as getting a through exterior cleaning, is exactly what we wanted.
For any pest problems definitely use Mark specifically and Dyno pest generally.
I am a tough customer, and don’t give reviews lightly, so I really mean everything I say.
I contacted many pest control companies about pigeons nesting under the solar panels. They either didn’t reply or, after viewing photos I had taken, said it would be too difficult to gain access to the panels. Dyno-Pest were the only company that was prepared to do a free survey and give me a quote. Their technician, Mark, was very thorough with the survey and worked out an ingenious way to gain access to the panels. The quote given was also very fair.
Mark and his colleague Simon arrived on time and were very friendly. First, they cleared all of the pigeon waste from the panels and gutter. They then attached mesh to the edges of the panels, cleaned the whole area thoroughly and attached bird spikes to the gutter. The rear of the property hasn’t looked that good in years.
Jade at head office kept me informed at every step of the process and was very helpful.

There were and still are bed bugs at a buy to let property I own. They offered a guarantee that they would get rid of them, later saying that we should though away beds and bedding before they carried out another treatment. That still didn’t work and the tenants were still being bitten! They are now saying the guarantee is not valid unless we rip up all the flooring and then they will do another treatment. Jade was just rude to me and spoke to me in a very condescending way. I feel so angry now. I will just have to do a money claim online. This has been going on for 6 months and has cost me a fortune in lost rental income and having to pay for alternative accommodation for tenants.
Their treatments and guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on.

Clive has recently completed several jobs for my mother, including gutter clearance and decoration, fence and shed painting and repairs, and preparation and decoration of porch tiles – all to a great standard. Mum is thrilled and enjoying renewed pride in her home.
More importantly almost is the issue of trust. Mum was scammed a little while ago and that was a severe blow to her confidence. Clive has renewed both our trust in humankind! He’s been reliable for her, arriving when he says he would and being generally kind and helpful. Along the way he’s kept in touch with me with regular updates.

I met Clive on Tuesday 18th October when he came to see the driveway and give me a quote. On that occasion I expressed that I would like to have it cleaned professionally on Wednesday 19th October as our biggest festival Diwali was on the 24th October being Monday . He understood my situation and he did come on Wednesday very early in the morning cleaned up throughly and later in the evening came again and sanded. This he juggled through his busy schedule on that day.I saw his diary and confirm he was actually busy for the next week. He did very thorough and professional job and made my Diwali festivities much nicer.
Had Clive out to clean mine and a neighbours windows, did a superb job and very reasonable price. Came back a few days later for an additional job of clearing some climbing ivy that was out of control on the wall and to clean up a garden area again reasonably priced and he did a superb job. Have booked for regular window cleaning and will definitely use Clive again for garden maintenance. Genuinely a nice friendly fella who takes pride in his work.
