Great hardware store right in the city centre beside gerber for those of us who live in the city centre. Most of the other hardware stores are far outside the city. It has the essentials and you can also pick up some power tools.
Quick and easy express checkout system and the staff spoke English so five starts from us!
The worst experience I ever had in Stuttgart. They told me to wait for one hour, they would call me. After one and half hour I entered and asked. They had the stuff but were not interested. I hated how I was treated. Like rubbish.
In the middle of the City ! Best option for the small (or even a big) shopping like light bulbs, screwdrivers etc. Normally in Germany you have to drive outside the city to get in Baumarkt.

They had a quick response, appointment within 1 day. The company is 2km away from the apartment. Kitchen sink clogged.
Breakdown of service:
1. 2 Guys got up without tools… 10 min to see the sink and go back for the tool. Told them before no chance without the tool.
2. Worked for 35 mins
3. Billed 308Euros for 1.5h using the tool (186 Euro) + 1.5h for man power (72 Euros) + VAT 50.
Considering that they waste time with going up for nothing, plus charging double the time spent… it’s okey i guess in this dirty business.
Gestern war Adem von der Fa. BUG an seinem ersten Tag allein beim Kunden vor Ort in Stuttgart Mitte. Er hat in meiner Wohnung die verstopfte Rohrleitung in der Wand gewissenhaft und mit Freude an seinem Schaffen wieder frei gemacht. Neben seiner umsichtigen Arbeit, wobei er keinen Schmutz hinterlassen hat, war sein freundlicher Optimismus sehr angenehm, daher gerne ein grosses Lob an ihn!
Sehr freundlicher Erstkontakt am Telefon, z.B. Frau Mahler. Termin wurde rasch moglich gemacht. Vor Ort war Herr Adem, ein sehr freundlicher angenehmer Mitarbeiter der Firma. Herr Adem hat alles sehr verstandlich erklart und sehr sauber gearbeitet. Ich war mit der Firma BUG sehr zufrieden und werde sie sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank fur die freundliche Art.
