My first visit to Bournewood Nursery as I’ve just moved to Bewdley. Really good selection of plants with some quite unusual specimens. Healthy looking stock, obviously well looked after. Slightly higher prices than I’m used to however the quality makes up for that. Very positive first experience.

They also do Christmas trees, flowers and hanging baskets depending on the season. All for a reasonable price.
Went in to have a look at buying a sack of logs. Was greeted amazingly and was even offered same day delivery, really good quality logs. Will deffo be back again

We spoke to Terry on a Monday afternoon, and he was in our garden the following morning. He looked at the way the garden was being used and offered a straight forward, logical solution instantly. Before we new it he was off.
The man is an honest to goodness Pied Piper. Cannot recommend highly enough.
After weeks of rats running arround patio and garden, bait was put down in appropriate places and checked after a week, then a few days later no rats seen for several days so hopefully they won’t return again.
Can highly recommend Ludlow Pest Control . After phoning they were with us within 20 minutes and dealt with the dead pigeon straight away. Thank you for being so prompt and professional.

I had an emergency during construction works, and contacted this service who same out on the same day, worked alongside the other contractors to find the nests in my attic. They efficiently completed the job, and provided me with excellent advice. They were very knowledgeable and really saved the day! the prices was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

Had nothing but issues over the past couple of years with guttering due to it being completely level without a slope. Jason removed all gutter and realigned at very good price. Knowledgable, took his time, very tidy worker and even cleaned it all out for me. Lovely chap, would definitely recommend people use Jason for any gutter work if you want it done right first time (unlike me).

This is the second time that Pete and his team have worked on our garden. Pete, always turns up when he says, quotes quickly and completes the job as we requested. He’s just put a path the full length of the garden and last summer put in a large patio, sleepers and ran a crazy paved path and turned the lawn into a planting area! We were really happy from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely call on them again if we need anymore work.

Great job well done. Site left tidy, took all debris as well as our thanks away.

BEST PATIO CLEANER AROUND.
I’ve been looking to get rid of some black spots on my patio for some time, and, by chance, I saw your Black Spot Remover when I was in @CharliesStoresParcyLlyn/ in Aberystwyth.
The stuff is absolutely brilliant, so easy to use, and it cleaned EVERY patio slab perfectly.

I called because I thought I had a rodent in the loft. Nigel came out first thing and inspected the loft. He found no signs of a rodent but did advise on what to look for. Nigel also advised on how birds could be getting in and what to look put for and also how to treat any problem. He had a look round the outside of the property also and explained why people can get infestations . He is very knowledgeable and really helpful. I would recommend Verminator to anyone who is looking for guidance and help. Best customer service I have received.
I called Nigel today after seeing a rat run through our conservatory. He came over within the hour. Charged us a call out fee, but did not push us to purchase any additional services. He gave honest advice and recommendations to help solve our rat problem that we can do ourselves and if all else fails he said he’d be happy to come back. We felt that he wasn’t just knowledgable about his field but also about other trades which made us feel like he could see the full picture.

Great service and the cheapest in my area! I was at the end of my tether after both myself and my dog were attacked by wasps and I’d made numerous attempts to get rid of the nest myself. Opikill came and placed a trap and posion for PS70. However , when the rat passed away and the smell was unbearable they then told me it would be a further PS350 to have the rat removed and any holes filled. Our neighbour paid another company only PS100 and they came back to do the complete the job which included removal and filling any holes.
The first guy to visit from Opkill was Gary , he was very pleasant and I understand it’s not his fault about the extra charge it’s the company’s decision.
Unfortunately Gary fell ill so the last person sent was Ash. He was extremely rude , moaned about how to open the loft. Laughed when I told him my husband had had to crawl about to try and locate a dead rat. Got the screw stuck so he couldn’t remove the trap that had been placed up there and to top it off told me a story about how he sometimes forgets to empty the van of dead rats over the weekend and how bad the smell is when he gets back in it on a Monday!
Amazing customer service by Ashley he came out to do a job at my parents home he communicated very well with them about the job and what would need doing. They felt very comfortable with him and they can’t fault the work he did. Ashley was very kind and friendly he even managed to make them laugh which I found amazing as they are quite old and he did amazing with the job at hand and made sure to include them by reiterating every step to them with what he was doing. Can’t fault him very kind natured and amazing at his job. He’s a great asset to have in this work place.
A very good company, swift response to my request for a visit. Had three visits in total, bait boxes placed in the garden and checked. I had contact from two operatives, Gary and Ashley. Both guys were friendly and very knowledgeable, a credit to the company. Gary did the final visit and gave me lots of advice and made me feel very reassured that the situation had resolved. All in all I would have no hesitation in contacting them again should I ever need to. Thank you guys.

Can’t express highly enough the service provided by Rich. We suggested that we might have rats and was with us within 3 hours. In fact, we had a magpie stuck in the chimney: Rich identified the problem and was able to rescue the bird and set it free. Rich checked over the property for any signs of infestation to put our minds at rest and we have no hesitation in recommending his services. He was friendly, polite, efficient and good value. Had a wasp nest removed by Richard. He was extremely professional and was with us within 24 hours. He took his time to talk us through what he was doing and very conscious we weren’t to close or could get stung. One visit sorted out issue but had a follow up call and promised a revisit of it was needed.

Had a problem with moles in our back garden. Phoned Jim and told him our problem. Jim explained to us the nature of moles and what he does to catch them. He also stated that after he has got rid of the moles, if any more moles come within 2 weeks, then he will come back and capture the moles at no extra cost. Jim was both friendly and professional and very reasonably priced. He lay down traps then came a week later. He caught one mole but thought there may be another so he lay some more traps down and came back a week later and caught one more. There has been no mole activity since Jim completed his work. Would not hesitate to contact him again if we have any pests we need to get rid of. Thanks Jim.
A Squirrel had taken up residence in our loft space so called Jim. Responded quickly to our call and arrived at the agreed time. Problem identified and solution explained thoroughly. Return visit was punctual and problem resolved. Unmarked van so complete discretion. Jim is really knowledgeable and happy to have a chat. Would recommend this sevice to anyone.
