Very handy and low-budget store for your day to day needs at your home! A big selection of kitchen & baking’s accessoires, cookware, tableware, cleaning products & tools, towels, desks’ accessoires… all what you can need at your place for very fair price. So far I have been statisfied with the experience.
Great variety of articles with low price. Good to take German gifts to family. It’s possible to find articles at 1 euro. It’s a little messy sometimes. There are not so many attendants to help us. Easy to reach by public transportation.
Very good shop to buy tiny household items which are extremely required for day to day use. And less prices.

Leider ist immer wieder zu beobachten, dass Handelsketten nicht mehr das Gleiche bieten oder sind, wenn darin erstmal umgeraumt wurde. Vieles, was zuvor zum Standardprogramm gehorte, ist dort nicht mehr erhaltlich. Leider.
Die Verkauferin war zwar nett und hat geduldig meine Fragen beantwortet, aber das half mir nur bedingt weiter.
Die Dame an der Kasse war ausgesprochen freundlich. Besten Dank nochmal fur die Hilfe. Die Auswahl an Produkten ist recht gross. Eigentlich wollten wir nur Schwimmreifen & Co. kaufen, aber dabei blieb es nicht. Kinder fuhlen sich hier sehr wohl
Gutes Sortiment, Warensortiment liegt ordentlich in den Regalen, Wunschprodukt bekommen, freundliche Kassierin. Alles prima.

It is very unfortunate to experience such kindness, friendliness and calm from someone you hope to never have to see again. I have been emailing and calling other companies for two weeks. No response.
I call this company and within a few hours, not only do they create a cost-effective plan to stop me from overpaying for something I might not need, the guy who shows up is so understanding even when it is glaringly obvious that I am freaking out. He helps me, keeps me calm, gives me clear instructions.
When your home is the only safe place in the world to you and it suddenly becomes “unsafe”, the mental stress is… a lot. I’ve followed all instructions and am hoping I can eventually eliminate the problem on my own but if not, it’s a HUGE relief to know this company will be there for me if I need them.
First of all, they are very responsive and give you immediate appointment and that is super good to control the infestation of your bug spread. Secondly, they are super nice, decent and very professional and know what they actually do. They did a very thoroughly investigation for every suspected place in my apartment. Of course not using chemicals is really an advantage so you do not need to leave your apartment. I highly recommend them.
Amazing and quick service! They are both professional and supportive. They answer any questions you may have and respond very quickly. They are very thorough and helped our household sleep soundly again… we are so happy that this was our first call. I highly recommend to anyone!!

Der Kammerjager hat mir bei einer Rattenplage im Keller und der angeschlossenen Kanalisation helfen konnen. Dazu wurden Koder ausgelegt und Rattenfallen-Boxen aufgestellt. Die Massnahmen waren effektiv.
