Had a problem with mice in my loft, Neil was extremely efficient and professional, responded quickly, turned up on time and dealt with the problem quickly. Very reasonable price. I will definitely use again if I need to ( hopefully I won’t need to!). Highly recommended.

Kim is excellent – the second time in a few years I’ve used his services, and again the problem was ‘dealt with’ very quickly, cleanly and efficiently. He is very knowledgeable, and gave a lot of tips for preventing the problem reoccuring. Highly recommended.

Dan from Military Precision is extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us get rid of our rat problem 2 years ago and when I though we had the same issue this year (not his fault, we live near the allotments and docks), he came around and gave the garden a thorough check. He said it looked ok actually and gave me advice… others might have just stuck a load of bait boxes down and charged me PSPSPSs, but I never get the impression that Dan is just in it for the money, he’s genuinely helpful and offers the solution that YOU need, not what he can make from you.
Dan and Ruben have done a terrific job of eradicating our pests. Super guys – professional, polite, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. We followed their advice to the letter and couldn’t believe how quickly the problem was eradicated…thankfully! Would highly recommend this company to anyone with a pest problem. If you have a problem with any sort of pest, Andy here is the man to see.
We reside in a village in the New Forest and 2 weeks ago we were alarmed to spot several rats in our garden whist we were eating outside one evening.
We made a call to Andy who arrived 2 days later. He inspected our sewer pipe and our garden and shed and spotted where the rat run was. He laid some bait and cemented up a small hole near our drain cover that he suspected was a way the rats were entering our garden.
That evening I received a detailed email from him on the steps he had taken to eradicate the rats and to keep us informed.
Andy made a return call several days later to see that the bait has been taken.
More bait has been laid and he wil return again in a few days time to see how we are progressing.
A good bloke who know his stuff and is easy to talk to and ask questions. He owns this Business and it clearly shows in the customer service he provides.
Highly recommended.

Jamie is an absolute hero! After receiving very poor service from another chap who failed to deal with the issue, Jamie was straight on it. Moments after coming in and had the kick boards off, poison down, a plan in place and lots of very good advice. He did more in the first 5 minutes of being here than the other chap had done over 3 vitis. Problem solved! He came back twice to do checks etc. He definitely knows exactly what he is doing and had everything he needed in his van (he didn’t have to go to B&Q on my time) Sorted! I wish all contractors were as efficent and friendly as Jamie – ABSOLUTELY BRILILANT SERVICE. Thank You Jamie – order and calm is restored!
We have had on ongoing bee problem at our second floor flat – and despite using several bee experts, have not been able to discourage the bees, which are too near to a bedroom window for comfort.
Jamie was very helpful on the phone, came along to look at the problem exactly when he said he would, and although unwilling to harm or deter bees himself, kindly suggested two roofers/handymen who might be able to block the bees’ access. He was polite, kind, punctual and incredibly helpful. What a star.
I recently moved home and found the carpets had a moth infestation. I discovered Hitman Pest Control after seeing they’d won an award in the Salisbury Journal. Jamie promptly came over to assess the problem and provide a quote. No signs of any moths after the treatment! Reasonably priced, would highly recommend to anyone experiencing a similar infestation or other pest problem.

Mark turns up when he says he will and takes great care around the property. He knows his profession and deals with problems without fuss. I would have no hesitation recommending him to friends and will happily have him back if we have a new/different pest problem.

Can’t believe how lucky I was to find AGS. Pest control. We were running alive with mice. I paid an unbelievable price of PS54 for 3 visits. A lovely engineer diagnosed where he thought the mice were getting in and he advised me how to fill in the hole not just with cement, which I did. In the meantime time the engineer put down 7 traps and caught 5 mice 2nd visit he caught 2 and on his final visit we were clear of mice. I have no hesitation in recommending AGS for any pest control service
We just moved into our new home and found some suspicious “droppings” in one of the filthy kitchen cupboards the previous owner hadn’t cleaned for years. AGS came out quickly to inspect and said they were actually cavity wall insulation beads which had also dropped through our extractor.
AGS were kind and reassuring from the first call right through to the site visit.
Their fees are extremely reasonable and I can’t rate them highly enough. Totally recommend.

Having seen several rats in our garden over a few weeks, we decided to tackle the problem by calling in an expert (rather than attempting to deal with them ourselves). We are so pleased we did. Most companies we contacted offered a 3 visit service for a fixed fee, with any additional visits being charged per visit. Ridtek were the only one that offered to solve the problem for a fixed fee regardless of the number of visits required (albeit at a slightly higher fee).
I called Ridtek to discuss the job and spoke to Roo, who was very friendly, informative and easy to talk to. She explained their service in detail and when I agreed to proceed, arranged a visit for the very next morning.
Reef, who is actually Roo’s son, arrived slightly early and listened carefully to our description of the problem and reassured us that he could certainly deal with it. He was extremely polite, friendly and happy to discuss any aspect of the problem. He inspected the garden thoroughly and quickly identified the signs – burrows, droppings etc and located the key areas of the garden to focus on. He put down some bait in these areas and then gave us some very helpful advice on avoiding recurrence of the problem (removing sources of food and water etc) and gave us a lot of information about their habits, lifestyles, behaviours etc.
He arranged the next visit for a couple of days later to check on progress and again laid out more bait of a different type, all the time keeping me informed of what he was doing and why. Each subsequent visit identified less and less activity until, after 3 clear visits with no detected activity, we agreed to close the job. On the same day of each visit, I received a detailed report by email detailing progress and next steps.
Throughout this whole process I had total confidence in this company and would certainly recommend them to anybody with a pest problem. As a family firm, they are fully invested in the process, compared to some larger franchised firms, and seemed fully committed to curing my problem.
I can not rate Shane at RIDTEK highly enough. We had an ongoing rat problem (in the loft and in the walls for several months) and were beginning to think we were stuck with them.
We initially used another company who surveyed the property but could not definitively confirm how they were getting in and out and they put bait in the loft and in the drains. After several weeks the problem was no better, and we lost faith. A Google search brought us to Shane and he has literally become our hero. He did his own – much better – survey of our property and within less than an hour he had established how they were getting in and out. We installed our own cameras to test his theory and he was absolutely spot on. We caught the rats on camera doing exactly what he said they were doing. An eviction plan then followed and we are now rat free.
If you have rats in or around your property do not waste your time going to anyone else. RIDTEK are the best in the business. THANK YOU Shane!!!!!!!
