Fantastic service from start to finish from Danny he is a credit to the company. Even though its not stopped my issue its helped alot and he gave me some good tips. There is nothing worse than feeling embarrassed but Danny made me feel not to be.

Speedy and professional service. I phoned to ask them to deal with a wasp nest mid morning and by 1pm a charming gentleman was at my property sorting out the nest. (It may be that they already had someone in the area but, even so, excellent service). I was advised that if the wasps were lingering on after 48 hours they would repeat the procedure at no extra cost, but it wasn’t necessary as the treatment worked first time. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will use them again myself should the need arise.
Our very annoying pest problem was resolved, very thankful to Pest Kill for their professionalism and promptness.

I contacted the company re some advice. I left my details and couple of hours later a had a call from a gentlemen ( I’m really sorry I’m terrible with remembering names). I explained my worries and asked questions. He was extremely helpful, gave me all the information needed. Although I won’t be using their services as not needed at present I was happy that no sales , services were pushed my direction and but I was still able to have few min chat with a specialist. I’ve had Shane at my property a few times for various pest issues and he has been excellent. He has managed to solve my particular issue every time I’ve had to contact him (ranging from flying ants to mice/rats). I would without hesitation recommend Shane as he is honest, trustworthy and very professional. I’ve had so called pest control companies in the past but did not get value for money but with Shane he is reasonably priced and very competitive.
When my wife phoned Ridtek about my pest problem – Shane was very courteous, helpful and kept my wife informed of what was being done and how it was going to be done. This made her feel more at ease.
Once the job was complete Shane did a follow up call to make sure that no further problems had occurred. Overall the service, Shane and cost was brilliant and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Ridtek to anyone
I’ve now used Shane a few times at various properties. I can’t recommend him enough.
He dealt with a rat and flea infestation at a new property I bought. And also with noisy birds in the loft at another property. Great work from Shane
