I visited the Kaufland store in
Schwertstrasse 7, 71065 Sindelfingen with my colleagues on 10th August 2022.
I purchased few items worth of 20.52 Euros. I paid 25 Euros consisting of one note of 20 Euros and one note of 5 Euros. The female lady on the billing counter handed over me the change of 1.48 Euros which is less. In bill she has noted that amount paid to her as 22 Euros. It was closing time for tha store. When I asked her the two ladies are not ready to accept the mistake instead they asking me to come tomorrow. Never expected this kind of experience and first experience at Kaufland. I feel store people should not cheat people in money matters. Its not about money it’s all about the behaviour and customer satisfaction how you are portraying the Store name(Country Name) to the whole world and to the people coming from different countries. This should not happen to anyone in future. TRUST is a big world. Once lost no one will return to your store again.Its not about the money it’s all about trust.
Hope Kaufland will look into it and resolve this issue.
Very “Bad” service. Lot’s of disrespect for the customers.
They had all-around cameras on the super market. But they checked my back bag pack. I told them I didn’t take my back bag pack to my hands. I had private things in side. of course, they checked that too. And I had a body spray inside of my bag, they scan that “and told . What Is this ! that’s my used body spray. “I told to the cashier”. Then she gave me. Very Unknowledgeable.
They damaged my image.
I need to think again going to there. This is really bad “bad”. Today’ this happened to me . Tomorrow it can be you . Be Attention !

Every time I come to Stuttgart I go to this store. The vegetables, meats, and bread sections rock! Not too long ago, I started making my own bread and don’t eat chain store bread in the US anymore after really studying the ingredients. Today I bought a loaf of bread from this store and I must say while I may not be up to their level yet…I will catch up soon. Great bread for a great price in imho. Plus, they have my beloved meat sticks and Jim Beam on hand. Yes I will take a loaf of bread when I go home to have a blind taste test:) Great job from a person we would call in the US, “an out of towner.”

Ein super Geschaft. Ich kaufe seit Jahren meine Pflanzen bei Oskars Pflanzenmarkt und bin immer wieder begeistert. Der Service ist wirklich super. Grosse Pflanzen und Bestellungen werden immer am Freitag geliefert.
Die Beratung im Geschaft aber auch bei mir war stets sehr hilfreich. Auch spater konnte ich immer wieder mit meinen Problemen zu den Mitarbeitern kommen und bekam gute Unterstutzung. Alle Pflanzen sind gut angegangen bisher!
Had a great time here today. Lots of great options to find the plants that you seek. Full grown trees, unique varieties. Beautiful plants, flowers, roses unlike at regular Baumarkt. They also deliver.
The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They don’t accept credit cards but they do accept EC cards and VAT forms. Parking is difficult when several customers arrive so get there early.
Im Vergleich zum grossen Baumarkt sind Oskars Preise gut. Dazu kommt, dass ab einer Summe von – ich glaube – 1000.- angeliefert wird.
Arbeiten auch gut gemacht – Preise auch OK . Allerdings sollte man einen bestehenden Auftrag nicht einfach erhohen… das machte den Mit-Chef wohl etwas sauer … Gut egal, alles OK soweit.
