Horrible customer service. I called them yesterday after having called them several times over the past couple of weeks. The person who answered my called, after listening to me for like 10 seconds, interrupted me and told me he’ll call back in a minute. Of course I never heard back from them. Every time I called, they always seem to be in a hurry and couldn’t wait to hang up on me. They don’t care about customers which makes me think their reviewers are mostly fake. Reckless behaviour. One star is way too much for what you offer!!
We have been using Asian cleaning service around 6 months now and have had a very good experience so far. We have had multiple maid sent and they have all been very diligent and havr cleaned the house very well.including outdoor balconies ext.
My house was flooded during yesterday’s thunderstorm, and I contacted Asian Cleaning Services to clean up.
They not only promptly responded, but did a really good/professional job within 2hrs!
Would recommend their services…

After calling to fix an appointment . The person seemed fast asleep in bed with birds chirping away in background . I said is this an office he said yes??!!. After I told him my problem in the bathroom he said he will be there in 30 mins . When he didn’t show up in 30 mins I call him he said he can’ not come and he is busy he has another job. And to call his supervisor instead ? I told him give me the number please and closed the phone in my face . I do not appreciate this rudeness .. I kept trying to call continuously to get the number or find information but he just rejected the call for not reason this is unprofessional and I would never trust he will do a good job, as Infact he can not handle a simple phone call. Sounds like a dodgy company to me.
Mr. Fahad and his team were excellent maa shaa Allaah. They replaced two pumps in our villa that had been corroded and destroyed by the sun and humidity in our area. They spent the better part of the day working on the problems. Even when they discovered that one of the new replacements was defective, they patiently took it back and got another one. They were punctual, and responded in a very timely manner via WhatsApp. I highly recommend them based on my own experience with them maa shaa Allaah.
He did a good job and gave a fair price. My pipe broke under the sink. They changed the pipe and advised on where to turn off the water-valve. It was a Friday morning, and I was worried about my apartment getting flooded. They came in no time and communicated well on WhatsApp. Thanks to Azeem and his assistant. The most important things for me is being considerate and honest with a fair price. They score 5 stars on that. Will use their services again.

I called this company last week saying that I need cleaning for my 1 bhk flat. I talked to a sweet lady Ms Rehab. It was such a short notice but she give a slot for Sunday. Unfortunately because of the rain they couldn’t come and the owner Mr Bilal called me and apologized for not able to send the team and they gave the slot on for Tuesday.
Since it’s Ramadan and i don’t want to delay the cleaning I called few other companies but all were busy and all the slots are completely booked. Later I decided to go with this company. Rehab said 2 ladies (I don’t want to disclose the nationality) will come but I wasn’t sure if they can clean well and I asked her if she can send someone else, but Rehab was very confident about her staffs. Today the staffs came at 3.30pm Mariah & Zainah, Masha Allah they have done an amazing job. It’s worth the money and it’s worth for the wait. Rehab & Bilal thank you for sending an amazing team and Yes you guys are right they are amazing, they clean so well. We are completely satisfied with the work. Definitely I will book next time.

We had two ladies Tracy and Tikest, they did a very good job cleaning our new 2 bedroom flat before we moved in, they cleaned places I never thought could be cleaned, I was really impressed. It took 4 hours but it was worth every dollar. I highly recommend. Thank you Bio Shield.

We ordered this company to do pest control to our villa in Arabian Ranches as we found small ants in the kitchen and toilets.
They came and sprayed in places where we believed should be sprayed, however they did not propose anything from their side which I found a bit unprofessional.
Few weeks after their visit, the ants showed up again in same places as before, we contacted them about the issue and requested them to do a revisit. We agreed a date and time for the visit. However, they never showed up as agreed nor responded to call or messages anymore. Haven’t heard of them ever since.
Stay away from this company, there are plenty of better service providers in the market.
I’m happy with my service and I would recommend this company to get rid of cockroaches. I called the office on Friday afternoon and easily booked an appointment for the next day. The lady on the phone told me what to expect and how to prepare my kitchen for pest control. The way she handled my booking made me feel taken care of. The next day, 3 men came to my flat on time and quickly got to work. They asked me pertinent questions and then started to spray and apply gel to specific points in my home. They answered my questions and told me how to clean my kitchen after 4 hours. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend you try this company based on my experience.
