My weak spot If you’re new or not familiar Globus is like Costco for Americans Everything available Offering an extremely large selections of products. But with the advantage of a local butcher deli and seafood shop. Hard to find items as I’m a hobby cook spices and ingredients are important to me. Most importantly the PRICES are better than any of the other stores here ie Edeka, Rewe, and comparative to Aldi and LIDL while keeping very high levels. The meat department is fantastic! It’s worth it to make it your weekly shopping outing. Hot Food Bar Bakery oh Wine Selection SUPER found some of my CALIFORNIA favorites!
Personnel extremely helpful and friendly if you don’t speak German ( I do) no problem staff bilingual
Great place to shop and to do everything in one place. Globus has a small food court and nail salon inside as well. You can also do your recycling here.
There is a large wine, liquor, and beer selection.
Small home appliances, luggage, and home goods available as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You are able to go to customer service and use your VAT forms as well. You will need to get your receipt stamped prior to leaving the store in order to use with your VAT form at the end of each month.
Location is a short drive off the highway. There is also a gas station and car wash here. Plenty of parking available and local wines available for purchase outside.
Gut Markt! Is a great place to find a wide variety of products. The store itself is very large and there are several other products and services you can purchase at kiosks and in shops near the entrance. There are several restaurants or quick service food locations located there as well as a gas station and a a car wash as well. They also had great customer service. I found several items at the store which I did not even know existed!

Very rude staff and no educated as customer service. Just terrible staff. They complained to the customers but they let customer keep waiting.
Nobody care about the broken products. Nobody clean up but they keep complaining to the customers.
Cashers are not wearing masks properly or no mask at all. Better go to EDKA and ALDI .
I like buying in Kaufland, unfortunately this is far from home so I go there only if I’m around the place. The Supermarket has everything, from electronics to meat, sweets, treats and the prices are fair. I don’t like that there’re limited Kassen, which leads to huge queues when paying
You can see there all you need in your Wohnung.
Also, the employees there are well accomodating in answering my questions,zum Beispiel where to find an item..

So i went to go today to metro with my mom today and i had a backpack on as they have made me put it in a storage locker and locked it up which i dont mind at all for safety but its pretty confusing when you have to do that when you see ladys carrying around a purse large enough to stuff it full with contents… well quick story short it was an hour b4 closing time and my backpack was still locked up as me and my mom were to go check out i wanted to run to grab my back pack well i ran threw the store to try an get it and this arrogant lady couldnt open the doors for me to get it and instead tells me to go around and go outside and try to get it…. well i then ran back to the check out area make my way outside and ran to the front entrance and sure enough the door was locked i have also seen the lady who just told me to go around with her back facing the entrance as if she knew…. anyhow she did not want to open the door for me to retrive my back pack and she was real rude.. sure enough a man came to open the door for me to get it!!!
But b4 we entered metro we couldnt because her membership from 2016 ran up but she was still able to get a day card just for that one day… but at the same time she went threw paper work there was a couple who also came in and the gentleman tried using his phone to enter threw and the lady just says with a madly tone you cant get in like that…. and it lead on to a arguement b4 the man even received his one day trial card… but it was 2 rude ladys that shouldnt be working behind that counter for sure…… so im highly dissapointed of customer service and their lack in their job … everything else was great…
I love going to Metro but I don’t go there as often as I go to other stores for grocery shopping. Metro requires a membership to enter so not everyone can go in there. It is great if you need products in bulk and they are one Of the only places I have seen that actually sell packages of beyond burgers and beyond sausages. They have a lot of vegan products that you can find in the frozen section. They also have fresh produce, fish meat, general appliances, gardening, snacks and basically everything else you can think of at the fair prices.
It is a shame. I shop in this store weekly for my business and everything is fine when I go there. BUT, if you are an English speaker and try to call the store do not expect anyone to talk with you in English.
I called a minute ago and got for only answer when asking if there is anyone speaking English “here Germany – speak Deutsch”

Usually Edeka Has all that I need, but the last two times I’ve been there the Angebot they offer has not been available. Maybe i am to late in the week I don’t know. The mitarbeiter told me that iits .99 cent green monster energy drink coming today. I like Edeka never had this issue in the past.
Super friendly people! I called them to check if they were selling the Thun-visch from Garden Gourmet (super hard to find everywhere in Frankfurt and Offenbach). The guy that answered called me 5 minutes later saying they had it and saved 11 glasses for me. He definitely made my day.

Ich habe eine super schnelle Terminvereinbarung bekommen und die Wohnung wurde Top geraumt. Unkompliziertes Angebot erhalten und danach sofort durchgefuhrt. Beim Preis ist man mir sehr entgegen gekommen und die Leistung sehr zufriedenstellend! Sehr kompetent und professionell, nur weiter zu empfehlen. Immer wieder gerne:) Es gab nur kleine Schwierigkeiten mit dem Material abstellen, aber das auch nur weil es keine Parkmoglichkeiten gab.
Wir haben kurzfristig einen neuen Hausmeister fur unsere Liegenschaft gebraucht und Get Fast Reinigungsservice konnte uns sofort weiter helfen. Der Mitarbeiter war super freundlich und wir haben kurzfristig einen Termin bekommen. Wegen falscher Kommunikation kam es beim Termin zu einer Verspatung, dass sehe ich aber nicht als ein grosses Problem, wenn man kurzfristig einen Termin braucht….

Die Firma Ott kann ich sehr empfehlen! Die Angebotserstellung ist zeitnah erfolgt, der geplante Arbeitsbeginn, als auch die Durchfuhrung waren fristgerecht und ohne jegliche Komplikation. Daher jederzeit wieder, vielen Dank!
Ich hatte mit Herrn Ott zweimal einen Termin am Objekt vereinbart, beide Male ist niemand erschienen. Ich musste dafur extra anreisen, doch niemand war vor Ort. Sehr schade.
Versprach einen Ruckruf am Montag morgen um nach der nicht funktionierenden Heizung sowie einer Undichtigkeit zu schauen. Bis heute hat sich keiner gemeldet:(
