First experience of bed bugs and worst service. Joseph did not use the right equipment, he did not give us the right guidelines, he did not mention us to keep our clothes into bags for at least 2 weeks after the treatment. He could not solve the problem so he said it might be psychological or skin problems. Nevertheless, he always confirmed that our bites were bed bugs. After 2-3 months, I decided to call another exterminator and then my problem was solved. I strongly recommend to call another company if you want some professionnals who know what they are doing and who respect the safelty guidelines after the treatment.
Depuis juillet que j’ai un probleme de cafard et nous somme en janvier et il est venue toute les 5 semaine pour exterminer sans resultat le probleme revient a chaque fois beau bon pas cher mes bon les proprietaires aime ca payer pas cher voilas
We paid very high price to get rid of squirrels. They gave us a year warranty and been calling them since 2 months and they screen our calls and never come to take care of the problem. Very disappointed and very disappointing

Our (17-apartment-building residents’) recent involvement with the Entreprises Maheu inc bedbug treatment has turned into a half-year nightmare. From July 3-rd to December 12, 2017 we had from them nine disinfections by various products. Due to their shoddy work during the first four sessions the bug infestation just kept increasing. Due to the absence of thermal chambers or any other equipment for heat treatment at the Entreprises Maheu, they actually forced us to replace all our soft furniture – beds, mattresses and armchairs – with the brand-new ones. We had to spend hours (on laundering, very-hot drying and freezing) preparing to each of their 5-10-munute disinfection session, living half a year with all major stuff packed. The Maheu employees are polite and look compassionate, especially in inventing excuses for their failures. However, they are surprisingly incompetent in what they are doing, and we will avoid to use their services in the future.
The technician’s service is A1 but the process to get an appointment, a followup or to pay the bill is atrocious. Takes them 24-48 hours to call back, when they do they’re only giving you one available day, if it can’t fit in your schedule, they’ll have to call you back…. again with a 48 hours delay. Would not recommend, it’s such a hassle for no reason.
They are so unprofessional! It’s so frustrating! We have no information, they keep us in the dark and they are badly organized. They say they will come Monday, then comes Monday and they forgot to come. So they say they will come on Tuesday. I’m losing working days here because of their incompetence!

Pas serieux du tout. Le technicien m’a dit qu’il passerait le lundi, qu’il me rappellerait en debut de journee pour confirmer l’heure. Lundi apres-midi, il me telephone en disant qu’il n’a jamais ete question qu’il vienne le lundi, que sa journee etait deja bookee. On prend rendez-vous pour le mardi midi. Le mardi passe, il ne vient pas et n’appelle pas. Il retelephone mercredi matin pour voir quand il peut passer… Du vrai niaisage et une grosse perte de temps pour un probleme somme toute assez urgent…
Annik a ete extraordinaire. Elle fait le travail que bien d’autres refusent car ils jugent trop difficile. Nous avions un nid de guepes cache dans le mur et donc non visible ce qui fait que c’est plus difficile de voir les resultats. Elle est revenu une semaine plus tard pour s’assurer que le travail a ete bien fait avec le sourire en plus. Excellent service. Je recommande fortement Annik d’Extermination St-Hubert. Merci beaucoup.
Avons fait appels a eux en debut mars et ils ont fait un premier traitement. Ils ont pris la peine de nous appeler avant de fermer du a la pandemie pour faire un suivi et fait le traitement exterieur des que nous les avons appeles. Travail professionnel et de qualite!
