We contacted Lewis after suffering a repeated rat/mouse issue. The issue was not easy to address due to the age and size of our property, but throughout Lewis was determined to solve, even if that meant more visits than planned. Lewis is extremely conscientious and there is no doubt whatsoever that he wants the best for the customer. Lewis also made a number of recommendations to help prevent future occurrences and was then able to implement those recommendations for us. I would have no hesitation recommending Lewis and we would certainly use him again should the need arise.
Great service at a reasonable price from Lewis and Twinkle toes We’ve had pigeons getting under our solar panels and nesting, which meant continually clearing our gutters and patio of bird droppings. Our panels are now nicely grilled off on all sides, the pigeons are occasionally coming to have a look, ( maybe to admire the work that has been done ) but have realised they need a new home. Our home is now pigeon poop free and we can sit on our patio without the fear of something unpleasant landing on us.

I must start by saying, I rarely leave a negative review. I initially reached out to Richard on Tuesday 13th Feb, as we had bird problem in the loft – I was scheduled for an appointment on Thursday 15th Feb. On the day, one hour, prior to the appointment, I received a text stating that the van had broken down and he would not be able to attend. I have since sent messages which have been ignored. Looking at all the other reviews, it is quite clear that Richard is good at his job and offers exemplary service, but just not on this occasion.
We recently contacted Richard regarding squirrels coming into our loft.
We didn’t have to wait long for his first visit and he made several subsequent visits to check and remove squirrels. He always responded quickly to our phone calls and queries. We are very pleased with his professional service. He has a calm though efficient manner and we are very happy to recommend him.
Rats in the attic, eating into our electricity cables , very costly repairs needed. The second time around, we needed help.
We called Richard at Fur and Feather Nailsea. He explained the process of how he would clear our attic of rats, and it was so successful and stress free for us. Highly recommend his services .

Having discovered we had a pest problem a few days before Christmas we scampered to find someone to help, given the time of year understandably everyone we contacted could not help for at least a week, that is until we contacted Simon who managed to come to us on the day! (Two days before Christmas)! In total over the festive period simon visited three times, each time at the time period arranged (which these days most people do not). He is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Having dealt with many trades people over the years it was incredibly refreshing to see not only someone who was professional, but also someone who acted with integrity and empathy for the situation. His prices are incredibly reasonable and the service you get is above and beyond what we expected. He genuinely put our wellbeing and safety over anything else. Great service. Having discovered wasp nest in lawn I was going to self treat but for peace of mind I messaged Simon at 11pm, he replied inside the hour with quote and some info, he came out lunchtime next day. He was friendly, knowledgeable and stuck to price he quoted. He sent me picture of nest he dug out as well as showed us what he’d removed. Very impressive service. Can’t recommend enough and removed the stress of dealing with it myself. On seeing the nest I doubt self treatment would have been efficient. Will definitely keep his details
Second to none service. I contacted Simon quite late in the evening, wasn’t expecting a reply, but received one in minutes. I was booked in the next day. Simon turned up, he was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and solved our wasp issue very quickly. Extremely pleased how quickly and efficiently our wasp issue was dealt with. I would highly, highly recommend and will be recommending to anyone who has the same issue.

Pest and Property Solutions Ltd did a brilliant job. They were friendly and informative before hand, producing the quote of the work to be carried out.
They were friendly and professional whilst carrying out the work and courteous of my house and neighbours.
The work was completed to a high standard and quickly. Photos before and after were shown of my roof and solar panels. Also the amount of sludge and bird mess cleaned from the gutters and down pipes was unbelievable.
I would highly recommend this company and my neighbours all came out to talk to them too about additional work for them.
We recently hired Pestbgone to clean our roof, which had been infested by pigeons. The results were outstanding! Not only did they thoroughly clean all the pigeon droppings and debris, but they also took extra care to ensure the entire roof was spotless. Gareth and his team were punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient, completing the job faster than expected. They even provided advice on how to prevent pigeons from returning, which was greatly appreciated. Great services provided and highly recommend for anyone in need of a specialist roof clean!

The service I received from Jamie was exceptional. The flexi in my air bnb toilet had been chewed four times. I was losing money as I had to cancel bookings I just didn’t understand what was going on. Jamie came along with his energetic personality and walked me through my home both inside and out and very quickly discovered what the problem was. He guided me on what to do and the process we had to follow. He was very patient with me as I did ask a lot of questions. I would message him with updates by text and he always answered promptly. The issue has now been resolved and my air BnB is back up and running with no leaks. I would recommend Jamie to all my friends, family and colleagues. Thanks so much for coming over today to sort out my new and unwanted Wasp nest that had took up residence on the outside of my shed. I first noticed it a week ago when it was nothing more than a little bleb but the little Jaspers were really going for it and were getting pretty agro every time I got near the shed. I had thought about getting shot of it myself with missile launcher, flame thrower, napalm etc but thought better of it and called the pro’s.

Exceptional service! We discovered we had rats in our attic, and after a thorough inspection, it was evident the activity had been ongoing for a while. Despite only living here for a year, the issue was serious. Thankfully, they quickly identified an unused pipe as the possible entry point and installed a rat blocker. Since then, no more noises from the attic! Their responses were prompt, and they were incredibly friendly, patiently explaining everything. Plus, the unmarked van ensured privacy. Hopefully, we won’t need their services again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them 1000%

We had a problem with a swarm of bees that had moved into our chimney so we needed someone out fast! I googled local companies and came across Paul. Having read his many reviews, I felt confident that he’d be able to fix the problem.
He called me back as promised later that day, and came out the same afternoon. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about his industry and explained every option in detail. He got to work straight away on our bee problem which was reassuring. We had to call him back out for a second treatment as discussed and expected, which has now eradicated the issue. We’re so grateful for his professionalism, punctuality and efficiency, with what could have turned out to be a real problem. We highly recommend his services and wouldn’t hesitate to call him out again and would certainly recommend to others.
Paul responded instantly and called out quickly. His calm manner and obvious expertise helped quickly reassure me in a way that other pest control companies hadn’t, he also did above and beyond what anyone else had attempted and made recommendations of other things I could do at my property to reduce opportunities for unwanted visitors to come again. I bought a property and then realised there were thousands of bees in the chimney. After lots of phone calls to different people, Paul was the only one who could help! I’m so glad it was paul though.. he was absolutely amazing, talked us through everything, removed the bees safely and re homed them. It’s now nice to be able to open my windows without bees coming into the house. Paul is very reliable, honest and extremely good at his job. Would highly recommend for any pest control issues.

I used Advanced Pest Control in April, hoping to resolve a rat issue in my loft. Their website claimed that their service would prevent rats from returning and would ensure no reoccurrence. I paid well over PS500 for their visit and a rodent drain valve, expecting a thorough and lasting solution.
However, just two months later, I started hearing rat noises in the loft again. I contacted Adam from Advanced Pest Control to report the issue and request a follow-up. To my disappointment, he refused to investigate further without additional full call-out charges. He suggested that the rats might be entering from other drains or neighboring properties. In my opinion, these potential causes should have been identified and addressed during their initial visit, given the substantial fee.
I argued that their website had falsely advertised a permanent solution, I noticed that they had since removed any such promises from their site. This sudden change felt very deceitful, as it seemed like an attempt to cover up their previous false claims.
To make matters worse, Adam rudely hung up on me when I insisted on a follow-up visit. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Advanced Pest Control. Their service is expensive, inconsistent, and based on misleading promises. Save your money and find a more reliable pest control company.

While I appreciate Adam’s detailed response, I feel the need to clarify my side of the story for future customers, as I strongly dispute several of his points.
1. Timeline Misrepresentation:
* Adam attended the property less than 3 months ago, not more than 3 months as he claimed.
2. Reason for Choosing Advanced Pest Control:
* I did not call Advanced Pest Control based on a recommendation. I found the company through a Google search and chose them because of the promising claims on their website.
3. Lack of Initial Explanation:
* Adam claims he explained that the adjoining property could be a source of infestation and suggested encasing the subfloor in concrete. This was never mentioned during the initial visits.
4. Drainage Treatment at Lodge Causeway Takeaway:
* Contrary to Adam’s claim of treating the takeaway for free, he merely left a small bag of rat poison in the drainage area, which I considered part of the overall treatment. The shop has its own regular pest control company.
5. Website Claims:
* I distinctly recall seeing promises on their website about preventing rats from returning, which influenced my decision to hire them. Adam insists no such claims were made, but I am certain they were present at the time of my booking.
6. Accusations of Rudeness and Abuse:
* Adam’s accusation that I was rude and abusive is entirely false. I politely asked him “Can you not do a revisit as a gesture of goodwill?” I did not even finish saying the last word and to my utter surprise Adam hung up on me. He became aggressive when I challenged the misleading claims on his website. I was frustrated but NEVER rude or abusive. My young son was present during the call, and I was mindful of my tone throughout.
Adam’s response does not align with my experience. The service was inconsistent, and the handling of my situation was unprofessional. While I acknowledge the challenges in pest control, I expected better customer service and transparency.
I hope this clarifies my perspective and helps future customers make informed decisions.
Absolutely cannot fault Adam and his team, they’ve helped me out with pigeon proofing my solar panels and done a fantastic job! However I have knocked one star off because of his 3rd party scaffolding contractor. Just had a very bad experience with Lee at Unicorn Scaffolding – do not recommend! I live in a mid terrace and had arranged to have him pass scaffolding to the back of my property over the neighbours fence. He ignored this, bringing it through my house and causing damage to the property, and when faced with this fact refused to give a partial refund.Please be careful if you are in a similar situation!
Absolutely fantastic service. We had another local pest control company out for a mouse issue and their treatment attempt proved completely ineffective. Matt was vastly more thorough and knowledgeable, identifying all the problem areas and entry points missed by the other company. He came up with a comprehensive plan that proved entirely effective. Friendly, organised, timely, efficient and above all effective. It took a third visit as the issue had escalated so much but there was no extra charge for this. All round 10/10.

Ty from Aman Pest control was brilliant at helping with a rat problem. It was sorted really quickly. He always explained what he was doing and the next steps so I was really clear on the process. I’ve now had a valve fitted to help prevent future issues of rats coming in through the sewage pipe, which is great. He had good communication and always let me know when he was on his way. I would highly recommend this company and would def use them again. ( hopefully I won’t have to though! ) Kath

We found Ty at Aman Pest Control a very knowledgeable person to get to help rid us of pests under our floorboards. He identified the culprit (squirrels) and came back a number of times until the problem was sorted. I would recommend this company if you have any sort of pest problem in future. Giles and his team were very efficient and resolved my issue in record time ! I had pigeons trying to nest under my new solar panels and needed pigeon prevention ! Giles came back super quick with a very competitive quote and the work was completed within 2 weeks. Emails were quickly answered by Lauren or Giles and on the day everything was completed without any issues. Cannot fault the service from Giles and the team at Bristol Pest controller.
Had a pigeons nest and accompanying gang of pigeons making a mess over my solar panels, roof and guttering on two storey house. The team came out promptly, cleared out the pigeons, fitted anti-pigeon fencing round the perimeter of the panels and cleared up the roof and guttering where the pigeons had caused havoc.
No mess to clean up after they were done, no fuss – absolutely fantastic job.
Great service, prompt response at short notice to attend and deal with a wasps nest. Simon the pest controller after completing the treatment spent a little while to check the condition of what the wasps were doing and decided to add some more of the treatment to make sure it was effective. Having had a sporadic rat issue that we believe we inherited when we bought the house 5 years ago, I asked Melvyn to come out as a fresh pair of eyes. We had been on a journey that included no fewer than 2 CCTV drain inspections, meshing of the roofline and had already discovered 4 potential entry points in the past. All this had been done by another pest control business. However we had recently discovered rat activity in our loft again. Melvyn arrived, was very knowledgeable and, didn’t waste time looking at things he knew we had already explored. He spent time understanding the flow of our drainage and suggested he’d take another look. He found a big hole in the side of the front drain pot lining that led to the cavity of our downstairs bathroom, and was consistent with where we’d heard climbing in the past. Following 3 more visits, to date there has been no further activity and he has even given us tips to ensure we have ruled out any future points of entry. Melvyn is a true professional and also an all round likeable chap. Highly recommended
I can’t stress highly enough how good Melvyn is at his job. He is professional, passionate and knowledgable. We moved into a new house which had rats and was very distressing.
We originally went with Rentokill who were absolutely useless with us ending up getting a full refund.
Melvyn attended the property found the point of entry in literally 10 minutes. He set up CCTV to monitor movements, baited appropriately and gave excellent advice. He liaised with us via Whatapp giving regular updates and answering questions.
We end up getting ratflaps fitted as well as other remediation suggested by Melvyn and the rats have gone with no signs so far!
On top of all this, Melvyn is just a fantastic person – friendly, sympathetic and understanding. He could tell how much the problem was bothering us and made sure we felt at ease when the work was in progress.
Seriously – if you have a pest problem – this is the man to help you!
