Rang Wasp Busters this morning with 2 nests to eliminate. They booked me in for late afternoon the same day! And turned up!! Very friendly and efficient service…… Thank you Wasp Buster.
Unlike MPC who booked me in for the Friday, Didn’t turn up, Didn’t reply to my messages or answer the phone. Meaning I waited in all day for a no show And now, 4 days later they still haven’t contacted me to apologise or give an explanation!!

Matthew was super responsive despite me contacting him via WhatsApp on the weekend. We had a chat and he was round to our place super quickly and managed to get the wasp’s nest treated despite it being in a really awkward position under the eaves of a three storey house. He was an absolute delight to do business with and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending his services to all in the area!
Very Happy with the prompt service and very reasonable cost. Pleasing result achieved with the result I was hoping for. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone who wants this type of service and will use them again if the need arises.

When someone picks up the phone and is that amazingly accommodating on every level, is the moment when we put our faith back to being human. James, not only educated me on these incredible insects, but also presented such a positive, descriptive and relaxed attitude to dealing with the problem. An ants nest, that laid in our kitchen walls. Ants are quite incredible. But the journey of these ants followed to our kitchen surfaces, which was not that incredible. James is dedicated, passionate and inspiring with his wisdom. Seriously this is a personal business to help anyone with a pest problem.

Friendly guy who I met in Reigate town when he popped into our office on the high street.
Moth problem seems to have disappeared which is ultimately what we needed. James takes care to detail for example he turned over our dog bowl to protect it from any chemicals during treatment on his own accord.
Very reasonably priced and for a good service. Would recommend/use again.
James was really helpful and reassuring – he came round quickly, gave us good advice on what to do about the immediate problem, set up a 3 week plan and advised on how to prevent it reoccurring. Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to ask him for help in the future if we need it.
