VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
I had purchased a total of 4 times service of pest control from shams Al bawadi cleaning.
Only the first time service was effective which was back in dec 2020. After that i took 3 more services which were pathetic.
It really seems that they are just spraying plain water because their pest control is ineffective.
And the worst thing before giving any negative comments i thought of calling their manager to discuss about their service. And to my surprise when i called it was the same guy who did pest control in my appartment and office. And when i addressed my issues he started shouting at me. This person acts as if he is the arbab( bad attitude). Poor management.
Worst thing is if you did a service then you don’t have any channel to communicate except to the person who did the peat control.
Over all 2/10

Although they arrived a little bit late and finished a little later, it was most definitely worth it. That’s why only 4 stars. But the cleaning was definitely 5 star was very thorough. Everything that had been touched looked as if a new lease of life had been put onto it. I have no complaints and i would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again. They are not called White Gloves Cleaning for nothing.
They are very responsive and they have sent Ms. Ella, she is really keen and thorough with her work. The flat was really tidy and it really smelt good. Will definitely choose their service again in the future. Worth every dime and tip them for their hard work too. They deserve it.
My apartment was cleaned by Jean and Mildred today. They have left my apartment sparkling clean and so tidy. This is the best clean I have had in RAK since moving here in august and I would definitely recommend white gloves to anyone. Thank you once again!

I have tried thier cleaning services 2x. Both times, they were not good. It’s as if the cleaners aren’t screaned and/or just want to get it done to get paid. The most recent service smelled as if she didn’t use cleaning products. My friend and I both wasted 70 to 80aed. However, they do good with washing large blankets.
