In September of 2022, we had a carpenter bee infestation under our patio. We were hosting a surprise birthday party and due to the fact a person was stung a couple of days before, we felt it necessary to have this issue dealt with. We called Atlantic Graduate, and upon telling them of our dilemma, they were gracious enough to respond to us very quickly!! From the get go (speaking to lovely person on the phone) the interaction/professionalism of this company, was top shelf!!! They successfully removed the very large nest efficiently, and also checked back with us a couple of times to see if all was still ok!!! **Update… In response to your reply of my review.
I waited almost 3 months for you to return to correct your original work. Was it a coincidence that after I got frustrated and posted a negative review you called to say you would come the next day? If I seemed happy with your previous work it was more me being polite than happy, this was just the final straw.
Had my yard sprayed for weeds in June and they must of had a new person as half the yard was missed and still full of weeds. Call and sent pics and was told in July they would be out by the end of the month to correct the issue. That was 6 weeks ago, called and emailed several time since but they still haven’t shown up. Always polite on the phone and say they are coming but….
