I phoned to book out a hoover but had to cancel at last minute as had one loaned by a friend at the 12th hour.
But wanted to leave a review anyway as the service I received was brilliant! Sarah dealt with my call and was just what the doctor ordered, what a legend! What a great telephone manner! That woman deserves a pay rise!
Also spoke to Lauren, who was really helpful. And the chap I spoke to was great too. If I ever need to hire anything again, I’ll definitely be coming back here!

Supplied wrong size machine and local branch wouldn’t refund me. Had to go through HSS Mr regional manager to get a refund which took several weeks. Got a refund in the end but wasn’t easy.
I need a socket for the job I was doing and the kind bloke managed to sort me out a treat and saved my day
