It’s been almost 2 months since Darius carried out the heat treatment and we’ve had no bed bug bites since.
We had 3 rounds of pesticide spray treatments from another company (which didn’t solve the problem) before trying out the heat treatment.
Darius was great throughout the whole process, from early stage communication through to the treatment day. We really appreciate him sorting our problem out!
So turns out the rumours of this bed bug epidemic in France arriving here were correct. I’m not sure where I picked them up, but ended up with an infestation. Friend of mine recommended these guys. I was able to schedule a visit surprisingly fast. They were quick and efficient. I haven’t found any bugs since, 100% effective. I’d recommend these guys to anyone affected by this bed bug wave. 10/10

My experience with this company was 100% positive.After seeing a beg bug in my bedroom,I rang the company in a panic.I spoke with Elzbieta who was extremely helpful.She come round within a couple of hours to treat the problem.Elzbieta was amazing and calmed me down by explaining the whole process.She is a lovely kind of women witch is just what you need in these circumstances.After the treatment a was on a high a relief.I can’t recommend this company enough.thank you Elzbieta

The council I’m with uses pest right for pest control in the block I live in. We have had a serious rat infestation for over a year now.. Appart from aiden turning up today and doing his job properly, everyone else has been useless not even attempting to go into the area of infestation properly (probably because they were clearly overweight) I will be contacting the company and council and asking for only aiden to attend in future as nobody else has made any decent attempts at sorting the problem
I have been working with Steve Wright, and Pest right for a number of weeks now, and I cannot fault them as a company, and for the amazing service that they provide. I would highly recommend them as a pest team. They are very fast in response, discrete in the way that they work, and their prices are very reasonable for the work that they carry out. They are the best pest team I have worked with.
I don’t normally leave reviews but I found the service so good that i had to. I had a mouse problem that was terrifying me as I have a real fear of them but after an initial consultation the technician put my mind at ease and was able to find the root cause of the problem quickly and efficiently. Having worked with supreme bird control on a number of projects for our Dairy Arla Oakthorpe site in North london I can only praise them for their fantastic work.
they have great knowledge and know how, to resolve our bird problems ie pigeons and sea gulls..they were able resolve all our issues..now our bird problem is a thing of the pass..weldone guys..Harry the operations manager is extremely professional and knowledgeable .nothing was ever too much for him help us with.

Fantastic service, very polite when talking to them on the phone and when they came round to my house to deal with my pest problem, within my household at a high standard. BioPest also gave me light recommendations to help prevent this happening again along with the treatment they carried out. Highly recommend. Will most definitely be calling them if needed again and will be recommending.
