Fantastic experience with Luke and the team. Luke designed our new build garden and was great at taking our initial ideas and making them a reality. The team installed in a fantastic patio with raised beds and spent a whole day carefully laying turf. As well as this, they installed our new shed and completed all works professionally.

Due to our garden being on a slope, they helped us by digging a 1m deep trench back filled with stones and covered over with soil and turf. This has stopped our garden flooding in bad weather.

If you need gardening work completed, we would highly recommend Luke and the team. The whole job was completed professionally, quickly and to a high standard. We love our new garden! Thanks so much!

To anyone thinking of using Man for all seasons I would throughly recommend them. They recently turned my impractical and hard to maintain rear garden into one that I’m proud to show off and easier to keep looking that way. Sam and Nick were absolute stars. They worked so hard and although my garden has a steep drive and steps they never complained and were a pleasure to have around. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m so pleased with the work done.
Luke kept me well informed as too the state of play and managed to stay in budget too.
The whole team involved were polite friendly and professional.

Luke and the team nailed the brief turning our damp, fussy, high maintenance garden into an easy, safe, low maintenance interesting and easy garden, one that can be enjoyed as opposed to feeling like a chore. As usual with projects like these there is a little flexibility on timings and costs (due choices made or unexpected finds) but Luke kept us well informed so there were no surprise and options provided. It’s been nearly a year now, and I’m still delighted when I come home and see the garden, as it should be! Would highly recommend!

Large selection, but layout felt awkward, and untidy. We struggled to find what we were looking for, or a staff member who knew where things were (which is unusual for them admittedly).

Sadly, after waiting for a Wednesday and struggling to get my elderly Mum and her walker into the car so she could look at the things she wanted, we learned that she can no longer get an OAP discount.

Most of the tills are now self service, it felt as if they have cut back on staff and are not worried about the customer experience.

In the past, the staff have been plentiful, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but today it didn’t feel like B&Q at all.

I admit, I had a headache and struggled to get Mum’s walker into the car, so wasn’t in the best mood before I got there, but it was not easy to find everything we needed, or someone to help, the person I did find didn’t know where it was either. Then learning that mum couldn’t get a discount on the things she bought, I wished we had ordered everything from Amazon instead and had it delivered to our door without the hassle!

I went to b&q today ro purchase a building item I had no clue bar a picture what I needed.
I asked a lady who I now know is Rachel as she grated me with a beatiful welcoming smile.

Always puts you at ease asking foe help from a super friendly person.. I showed her the picture she led me to the item and offered to lift it for me so I didn’t get dirty.
She also informed me of how I could get future items and check stock on the website.
She checked if I had a trade account incase I could use it.
It didn’t.

This lady went above and beyond her role and made getting this item easy. I was anxious as hate asking for assistance and also hate not knowing what I am doing.

I was Served by a gentleman called Shaun, he couldn’t help me enough. He Went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and explained in detail the best choice for what I wanted. I have never encountered such a friendly shop assistant or ever been treated as kindly as Shaun treated myself. Completely made me feel valued! He is an absolute credit to the store.
