I had a problem with a wasp nest under roof tiles in quite an awkward place to get at. Alison responded to my email immediately and arranged for a Pest Technician to visit. Rob arrived promptly, treated the nest without any fuss and was very professional throughout. Unfortunately, this first treatment didn’t work so Alison immediately arranged for Rob to come back -without any quibble. He tried a different way of getting at the nest which proved successful. All contact was carried out in a calm and positive way. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again. Thanks Alison & Rob!
Have used this company twice now. Initially for a wasp nest, and more recently for rodents in the loft. I have received exceptional service from both the Pest Control person, and the office staff. Rob went over and above on all visits to, not only, deal with the removal process, but also to put my mind at rest, and I even received assistance outside normal hours. I would never go anywhere else for any pest control requirements, and would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I found Kirk/City Pest Control from a quick Google search and I can confirm the other reviews are spot on – they provide a brilliant service! We had a rodent and pigeon problem and they quickly proofed the whole house and garden and left everything spotless. The whole process was seamless from the initial site visit through to the clear/fair quote and getting the job itself done. A final comment, what impressed me the most was Kirk went over and above what he needed to – moving spare tiles to ensue all brickwork was proofed and adding additional spikes (based on his knowledge of how pigeons operate) to prevent future issues. So in summary, highly recommended!
Kirk and his team were very professional, honest and thorough not only with their work but also with their advice. Extremely prompt service, I wouldn’t have an iota of hesitation in recommending Kirk and his firm should you ever have any pest issues in your house. Kirk even went out of his way to do a “preventive” inspection of our house completely free of cost after he carried out the sanitisation of our rented property. I used this business to rid myself of 3 wasp nests, they were very easy to deal with, great on communication, effective – no wasps now and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them after trying to deal with other companies for this problem who demanded credit card details before they had even attended and could not give a time to visit. This business gave me a 2 hour time slot and I paid once the work had been completed. The wasp man was very smart, respectful and professional, why go anywhere else? Thank you to them for a job well done.
Gerald came to the house promptly at our request and dealt with 2 wasp nests quickly and safely. He was back 2 days later at our request to remove a third one that we found. Very quick and effective and good value for money. Professional and polite. I would recommend him and have kept his details for next summer.

I was recommended this company to deal with a wasps nest on the roof of my cottage. I called David Guy on Thursday evening and he came over on Friday morning. He is prompt, competent, knowledgeable, and well-equipped. He had ladders to get on the roof, and an assistant to help him. He immediately saw exactly how to approach the problem and had it sorted in a few minutes. His pricing is reasonable, and he’s great to deal with. I highly recommend his services, and will certainly use him again should the need arise.
Excellent service from David Guy, very personable and conscientious, and knowledgeable about pests.He has been checking out our attic and garage over the past weeks and solved our problem.

Amazing service I was in a panic when my cat brought in a mouse. I called Dave he came straight out. He calmed me down by explaining how they worked and sorted the problem quickly. I had a problem I couldn’t figure out and after months of packing up my home, spraying, endless cleaning, I still couldn’t find the problem. I had 4 pest controllers turn me away because they didn’t believe me or felt it wasn’t a big enough issue. Mentally and physically exhausted, I decided to try one more company before accepting my miserable bitten fate. Oh my goodness and thank the stars for David! Whether it was bugs, washing powder, mites etc we would get to the bottom of it. It’s also amazing to meet someone who is not only interesting but cares about your sanity! This is a company who look for the source, not just the immediate problem. So your money and time won’t be wasted!

I don’t write many reviews but had to in this case. Dave was absolutely brilliant in dealing urgently with a wasp nest we discovered whilst visiting my elderly parents. He was with us quickly, considerate to my parents issues, informative, professional and a very nice guy. Price was more than reasonable and a third of what we were quoted by another local company. Thank you Dave, you thoroughly deserve a 5 star review for the service you offered and the way you conducted yourself. We would n’t hesitate recommending you to others.
Simply incredible service and price. We have had out other pest control companies in the past and San Tech was 100 times better. We were made to feel comfortable, Dave came out within a very short time day or night to remove…….24 rats in total over a month!!
We cannot recommend him enough and would go so far as to say that you should not consider going anywhere else. We had to pay him more in the end than he asked for, that is how good he was.

Contacted on the Saturday due to seeing wasp activity in our flat roof. Was advised someone would attend either Monday or Tuesday. Called on Monday to say they would be there today. Staff member was very polite and courteous and examined the area and advised on the options available. Once agreed the treatment was carried out there and then. Invoice was given and the work guarantee was explained, in case the wasps continued to be active. However within the hour there was a massive drop in the wasp activity. Highly recommend for a quick, professional and reasonably priced service! 5*
Dave was extremely helpful when I needed advice about a colony of bees living in our chimney. He spent time on the phone with me, explaining the steps I could take. In the end, he didn’t have to come out in person because the advice he gave enabled me to deal with the problem myself. I’d highly recommend him.
David was really quick to get back to me and gave me a variety of options to visit. His communication was fantastic and on the day of inspection, talked through options for our wasp situation and then followed up with a written report. Would not hesitate to contact and use again.

Had an issue with cluster flies infestation in my loft…booked an appointment with Countrywide Pest Control, thought it was just going be a survey but Kurt was able to conclude that it was indeed cluster flies and could do treatment there and then! Very impressed with service and so pleased to have been able to get everything done in one visit. Highly recommend company and Kurt was very professional and kept me informed it was he was going to do and how long to avoid going upstairs etc. thanks again for a fab job, let’s hope that’s the last I see of these pests…although they do no harm horrible when you have an infestation!

We have used Dan from Killer Instinct pest control a number of times now. We had an issue with mice in a rental property and urgently needed help. Dan was amazing from the initial call, he contacted our tenant directly and was on site with 24hrs. He installed traps & bait on the first visit and also reviewed the property to see if we could do anything to stop the mice being attracted in. Dan then followed up with additional visits to check the situation and would always provide feedback after each visit. The issue was resolved quickly and efficiently with great communication throughout with me and my tenants. Dan is now my go to guy for all pest control issues and I would highly recommend him and his services. Great job Dan, thanks, Andy.
I phoned Dan on Tuesday he said he could be with us on Wednesday morning. Dan phone before hand to let me know he was coming, I thought I had mice in my loft space Dan entered loft space carrying out a thorough investigation. When he came out of the loft he informed me that I didn’t have mice but that the droppings were Bats, he explained that Bats are protected but that I could put up a Bat box which might deter them from the loft. I thought Dan was very professional and said there was no charge, I would recommend killer instinct to everyone a very professional and curtious service thanks Dan
Got a callback from Dan after leaving him a message regarding a flea infestation at our home. Dan carefully explained the whole process as well as what the pesticide would do and how it would work. He put my worries at ease. He managed to fit in his visit the next day. When he arrived, he re-explained the process to make sure I understood and set to work in excellent time. Since then, we have seen no sign of fleas.

I am appalled by the service BPC pest control have provided.
After speaking to several specialists rodent companies, it has come to my attention that BPC pest control have been using block bait which is meant for rats. They also on their second visit used a mixture of bait, the block bait and red powder in small plastic bags which is meant to be used outside as this is dangerous to be used indoors.
The service provided has led to more damage to my property and risk of harm to myself and my dog by using the powder as this can be spread through my property.
I have now had to find alternative service where they need to start the process over again before they can begin proofing which I am now 3 weeks behind the whole process and the mice are here longer, causing more damage to my actual property.
In addition to this, my second visit carried out, the engineer was unprofessional, provided me with incorrect information and couldn’t get out quick enough without even explaining what he had completed.
I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a pest control service.
I registered my case on 19th and was told I may get someone by afternoon or tomorrow ie 20th.
I said if it’s 20th I have to arrange someone to be home but will be after 2pm.i was told sorry can’t give you timings . They said OK let’s see what time the guy come he will call you I said please request after 2pm
Well I get s call at 1.30 he’s on his way I said nobody’s home. Ok we will book for 24th now!!!
I have an elderly mother and i can’t have pests she will get frightened nd have fall I need this sorted by weekend. No luck.
The service is not good its NOT bring treated as an emergency and I will have issues at weekend as my mother walks around barefoot. It gonna take them 5 days to address it. Very disappointed to say the least . Let’s see what happens now. I honestly have no faith after this experience.
