Richard was excellent- he help me deal with a problem of bats along with birds in my loft. This became a rather complicated two month technical and legal issue – without his dedication and professionalism I’m sure the problems would have escalated further. He stated when I first contacted him that he ‘liked a challenge’ – he certainly lived up to his word. I cannot recommend him highly enough – whatever pest problem you have – call him.
I would reccomend this company, they came out and completed a FREE inspection as I had a squirrel infestation from my joining neighbour last year, I thought the issue was back, I have piece of mind there are no issues, so I was able to complete my loft boarding as scheduled. Thank you for all your help.
We had a wasp issue in our garden, Dalpest responded quickly and resolved our issue. Everyone we dealt with were very helpful, the technician that attended was very knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend.

James responded very quickly to my call. I was very impressed with how thorough he was, how he explained everything to me, presented the options and got on with things. He even returned later the same day to deal with a further matter. I received a report before he left the property with details and then a further more detailed report with photos by email. I found him to be approachable and friendly and he has given me real reassurance that this will be dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily. I cannot recommend enough
James has been looking after my commercial premises now for over 4 years for pest prevention. He has also helped me out with other residential work at mine and my families homes. Very fairly priced, Very knowledgeable and always explains the entire process thoroughly ensuring you know what treatments you are receiving. James is also very reliable and always willing to help out at short notice (even late nights and weekends) 5 star service.
James has been very helpful in dealing with with a pest problem I have been having at home through his numerous visits and expertise. He has carried out inspections, recommended prevention measures, set numerous traps and bait stations inside and out and has given very detailed information about his services all followed up by a full report on works carried out. Excellent service to remove wasps in the roof. After calling, Lee arrived within the hour and was extremely professional and friendly – the wasps are no longer a problem. Absolutely fantastic service, called yesterday at 3.45 got here at 5.35, huge wasp nest in our outhouse roof, I’m allergic to wasps and we have a dog who loves chasing bees etc so very important it was dealt with, after two hours the wasps were quickly dying this morning not one.
Very happy customer.
Arrived 30 minutes after call. Eradicated 2 wasp nests. Very prompt and efficient service.
