I don’t usually come here but from my experience on the times I did went, it’s a big place with a lot of variety and choice of products, really clean and we’ll organized. One of the things I noticed is that there isn’t a lot of people there so you can move freely without having to bump with people on an overcrowded place. On the prices I did not specifically compare it with other stores but it had a good amount of promotions and it has some specific products you can only get there. I think you should give it a try.

This was a much nicer shopping experience than any I’ve had in Auchen France. The staff were friendly and polite and they made an effort to wash any surfaces that might have been contaminated by covid. There was also a tempting selection of fruit and veg and an attempt at vegan meat alternatives.

Very happy with this grocery store. It’s spacious, (currently) not overcrowded and has a great selection on produce and other household items. Parking options both inside garage and outside next to store for quicker stops.

Where to start? I arrived and i found 6 people from the staff in a round talking with each other and making jokes, which would be ok if things were being done, but thats not the case. Besides the terrible directions the staff provides whenever you ask something, they don’t even make an effort to help you. The organization of the store could be way much better as well. At the cashier, when i was about to pay i needed to wait 5min for someone to come and solve a problem with the reader. Where was the manager in the middle of this!?!? Anyway… if you have an option avoid this store.

As a store — it’s fine. They have a lot of small items that you need at home. The staff is friendly and helpful.

But as a service, it’s horrible. We wanted to use their boiler/heater inspection and replacement service. After 3 last minute reschedules, one botched visit and a promise of “will call you soon” — still nothing. It’s been a month and a half, and we haven’t gotten any service.

This store is a waste of time. Most cashiers are self-service kiosks which accept cards only. The only one that accepted cash was out of order. There weren’t any of the staff available to fix this. As a result, I left all my shopping items on top of a garden table nearby and left. What a waste of time! Bad service. Will never return here.
