I phoned a quite a few pest control services .wben i discovered i had a significant problem with rats in my garden .
This company was the only one who got back to me straight away . They promptly attended
And after a discussion of what was needed to address the problem , treatment to affected areas was applied over a period of 2 weeks the problem was totally eradicated . The company made regular checks removing dead rats offering reassurance and guidance .to avoidance any further infestation
The company made safe my garden after wards and offered a follow up check to make sure there was no signs of reinfestation .
I cannot reccomend this very professional service enough .

Originally I would have given this company 5 stars as they came out to treat a wasp nest in the loft and all seemed well, I was advised if there was still any activity after 4 days to get back in touch and they would attend to retreat the nest. This is where it all went downhill I spoke to them and he said he would come out tomorrow Friday in the morning well the morning went by and no sign of them so I rang again and was told he had forgot and said he would come on Monday around 3pm at 3.30pm I rang again and left a message I then rang another 3 times with no answer this being very bad service so cannot reccomend this company due to being unreliable.
Had a small wasp’s nest in my roof space that was dealt with promptly and professionally.
Would definitely use again if needed.

Contacted Wayne in the morning, having seen wasps swarming in my eaves and being alarmed at the munching sound as they were chewing their way through my bedroom ceiling. Positive response, he squeezed me in that afternoon, turned up on time as promised, extremely helpful, friendly, informative… and effective. All wasps gone within a couple of hours. A great local service and cheaper than the council – thank you!
Wayne got back to me really quickly from my initial enquiry. He removed a collection of old nests from the loft. Sprayed one that was starting too. Great service.
Wayne responded quickly, confirmed a fair price and turned up when he said he would. I’ll definitely use again..

We had rat issues in our walls, the loft and a room in our garden, they proved to be tricky! However, Jim persevered and, after 3 separate methods, they are no more. This is an excellent service and we wholly recommend them.
