Was my first time using Domtech pest control and had nothing short of a great experience. Over the last year I’ve had trouble with Yellowjacket’s in my soffits under my veranda. I decided it was time to use a professional, and if that’s what you’re looking for these guys are it. I emailed them in the morning at 8:30am requesting a quote, by 8:56am they replied with a detailed quote and what the job would entail. With some back and forth emails in between l, they were at my front door by 10:30am. This is a family run business that truly cares about their customers, and what their business represents. Thank you Scott and Perry, for making a stressful situation a distant memory. Will definitely use you guys again when boxelder season returns.
We set up an appointment with these guys for the weekend. Sounded very confident on the phone and said they can even do the pest control on the spot if we both agree. I decided to cancel my visit from another service provider (Terminix) because I thought I’d support local.
He showed up 15 mins before our appointment and there was no way for me to come out as I had a prior meeting. Without messaging me or calling, he left. When I called him, he said he waited and had another client he needed to go to.
You can’t show up at your own time and the blame it on the customer. If this is how you deal with a prospective customer, speaks volumes about how you’ll actually treat them once they become paid customers.
Never again. Terminix all the way.
Needed service, Googled this company. Read reviews and booked a service visit. Professional and explained on the phone suggestions for my problems. Came to house on time, assessed my needs and performed multiple services. Ants, beetles, mice and wasps. Educated me why mosquito services are a cash grab, nice to hear the full professional story. So far it’s been good. No issues, Perry was well skilled and knows his products and business. Will have them back for follow up services moving forward. Thank You .

I left a message for Ken regarding a raccoon issue. He responded to my call within the hour and gave me advice over the phone that could resolve that could resolve the issue. I took his advice and it worked. He gave me a no-cost option that worked beautifully and my raccoon problem has resolved. It speaks to the quality of customer service and willingness to help. We moved and had what we thought was 1 mouse problem. Over the past year we would occasionally find dead one after they ate our traps.
But 3 weeks ago 1 was getting extra brave. Daily getting up on kitchen counter and stove. That i can’t deal with.
Called Ken, he was out withing a few days and since then I’m certain it’s worked. Their was a few days after where I found 1 dropping and not since.
I called Ken to help us with a birds nest removal in our bathroom vent. He returned my call promptly, was knowledgeable in answering my questions and provided quick and professional service. He went above and beyond and even followed up afterwards. I would recommend his company to anyone looking for reliable pest control services.
