Bedbug authority Canada is an amazing company. I recently had a infestation of bedbugs. When I called Tony he answered right away and came to my home to do an inspection and he didn’t make me wait long to come do the job. Him and his team were fast efficient and discreet. After they were here I had some concerns about whether or not the bugs were gone due to some mental trauma that I am left with after this horrible experience and Eva called me right away and was so understanding and Addressed all my concerns also Tony came back to do a further inspection and even gave me some traps for free. I would recommend bedbug authority to anyone. They use A chemical treatment along with heat. The heat is a bit pricey in know, I am a single mother but if you do the math on how much it would cost after throwing away your beds and couch, it would cost a lot more to go with just spray and you would have to live with the bugs for a lot longer. When you use heat treatment it is a one day job and your bug free with a Guarantee. I also got quotes from other bedbug companies and bedbug authority was the cheapest.

We had a bed bug situation early on this year, just moving into our new house. We live on a row townhouse, which made the situation a bit more complicated. Not knowing who to call, we reached Bed Bug Authority by searching regarding treatments and reviews. We used this mosquito service for the first time this year and we were SO happy with the service that we already pre-booked for next year. We spend a lot of time in the backyard and have tried a variety of products to deal with the mosquitoes and none worked very well until this. They sprayed every 21 days as promised and it completely kept the mosquitoes at bay. They were also very professional and communicated well with us as to when they were coming. I would definitely recommend this company!
Amazing company dedicated to Windsor and the surrounding area. My yard was so bad with mosquitoes due to a high volume of shade and lots od cedars that you had to squint when walking to keep them away from your eyes. It took a lot to convince my wife but within the first month of use she agreed that Mosquito man is amazing and does what it says. We will be using Mosquito man every year.
We found the service to be good. Although we would receive the day before a scheduled appointment, we were not told if appointment was scheduled for the morning or afternoon. Would be helpful to know to make sure pets are not outside, windows coded et etc.sent a text to let us know arrival timSpraying was effective against mosquitos.Will use them again.

We called several companies about removing a hornets nest exterior to the house between the first and second floor. One company quoted almost four hundred dollars another company failed to show up three times. Fast Pest Control came out the same day as our call. I just got a new technician by the name of Amanda from Insight Pest Solutions, come to my home for service call. I only wish I’d met Amanda sooner. She has to be by far, the best technician that Insight Pest Solutions has. I’ve been with Insight for a couple years already and Amanda is the best technician that I’ve had to deal with! I can confidently say that bugs around my house and most importantly, inside my house, has decreased significantly when comparing to last spring before I signed up. My wife is extremely happy. (happy wife happy life!)

Birds removed the flaps and broke the plastic mesh on our kitchen vent and attempted to nest right above our stove. We could hear their chirps and flapping wings inside our range hood. I was anxious to get them removed asap knowing the health risk involved. I called other companies but was unable to find anyone to provide service the same day. Thankful that I stumbled on Acme on Google. Spoke to Abid and he arranged for service within 2 hours. He and his worker arrived on time as scheduled and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. They ensured that no material was left in the vent, sanitized it and secured the vent with a stronger (metal) cover. Abid took the time to talk to us and explained how important it was that we took care of the issue early as sometimes mite infestations follow bird nesting. Best service ever! I needed to have a wasp’s nest removed from my eaves. The service person at Acme answered the phone, gave me a quote and he, himself came within an hour to remove the nest. He was polite and careful. I loved the personal service. His price was much lower than another quote I received. Having lived in our home for 29 years, we knew we had a problem when we heard strange noises coming from our attic. We called Home Free Pest Removal, and even though we were away for the weekend, Jessie (co-owner) came out and confirmed we had a raccoon issue. She sent us photos of where the raccoon was entering our attic through a roof vent. We had a quote the next day, and were pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was! Two days later, Jessie and her partner arrived and within an hour, 7 baby raccoons were safely removed from our attic! Jessie was so knowledgeable, and answered our many questions…we learned a lot about raccoons! The raccoons were handled humanely, and the babies were left in a warming box on the roof so the mother could relocate them. Two days later, the box was taken away, all babies gone! Home Free also installed a preventative metal screen at the base of our plumbing stack, reinforced the soffits and addressed a few siding issues we had. Their work comes with a lifetime warranty which is total piece of mind! Aside from being extremely knowledgeable, Jessie and her partner were courteous and friendly. We would highly recommend Home Free if you have any kind of pest issue. Hoping we don’t have any future house “guests”, but if we do, we know who to call!!

Really pleased with Acme! I called in the evening and was greeted on the phone by Abid who was friendly, polite, and informative over the phone. He sent Abdul the very next morning to exterminate two wasp nests which were formed underneath the exterior bricks of our home (not visible). He did a thorough job in a very short amount of time with a reasonable asking price. They also offer a guarantee for 6 months on their work, and have told me if I still see wasps in a week to call them back and they will come back free of charge to finish the job. Very happy!
