I had called Grant’s to take care of a wasp problem and they definitely went above and beyond the call. After the initial spray outside the wasps had found a way inside the house (which was no fault of Grant’s) and they came back on multiple occassions to help find out where the enterance was. I have a 20 month old baby and they were so understanding to her safety.
I would recommend Grant’s to anyone with any pest control issues and I will be using them in the future if the occassion arises where they are needed.

I had a phenomenal experience with Grant’s. I had a problem with mice in a crawlspace, but I discovered I live too far from town to be in the service area. NO PROBLEM! The lovely lady on the phone took the time to patiently teach me what it takes to mouse-proof a space like mine, even checking on some material specs for me. Now, after completing the project, I have zero mice in the house / crawlspace. (They clearly know their craft.) I’m so grateful to you guys helping me out with the project — I couldn’t have done it without you — THANK YOU!

Called to inquire about having a wasp nest removed as I am allergic to bee stings. Office staff were very friendly and helpful, explained fully what the service entailed and costing. I was pleasantly surprised how quick a booking was available. When they arrived the employee was very friendly and professional. They answered all questions and explained in detail what they would be doing. The employee removed the nest and spent time checking around for a secondary one before treating the area thoroughly. We were then provided with a trap to keep up for any future wasps. From start to finish they entire team was great to work and deal with! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will be using again in the future! Thank you!
Man, you’re not going to find a nicer or more professional outfit than these guys. We were quoted so much for an initial service at our home to rid us of an ant problem in the yard. They were right on time for our appointment, and while here for the ants, they noticed an abundance of webs around our outside lights, and we worked out a very reasonable deal to spray our whole house for spiders as well, my wife was sooo happy!
Topping it all off they returned a week later to re-spray my yard for the ants (ours was a big infestation), and they then took the extra time (and product) to spray for a bee’s nest it turned out I also had. Now that’s customer service!

Very responsive, punctual, and professional. We had a yellow jacket problem but I wasn’t sure where the nest was initially. They were very helpful and informative on the phone and reassured me they would search our property and take care of any issues. I did end up finding the nest, quite by accident! They booked us in quick and were here on time. Took care of the yellow jackets and we feel much more safe. Thank you.

Very satisfied and happy with EMBO! Gary and his team are exceptional to work with right from the very first phone conversation. Upon arrival, they surveyed the premise and thoroughly explained how they would treat our ant problem both inside and outside of the house. Gary went above expectations to ensure we would not have any further issues and we have not experienced any more ants! Worth every penny! Honest, fair, professional, quality, reliable, and they get the job done right.
I highly recommend this company. I received timely, professional service and the price was very fair. I had 2 yellow jacket hornet nests in a location that could easily have resulted in severe injury. The entire area was treated quickly and and safely in a manner so that all hornets were gone within hours. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

Have been dealing with ORKIN for many consecutive years at the same address. The reason I continue with their service is because we do not have issues with spiders after they do it once at the beginning of the season. So far there has been no need for a return spray. That means something to us.

The technician that arrived to treat our home was extremely knowledgeable and professional and was able to answer all of my questions. He was very thorough in applying the treatment and was cautious when spraying around sensitive areas in the yard. Very satisfied with the job done!!
