Quality and very reasonably priced. Can’t recommend enough. We had a nest of stripy, stingy buggers in the attic and Propest were straight in there and got rid of them.

I called and spoke to Sam today about a fly issue I was having and he could have showed up, charged me an inspection fee and made himself some relatively easy money. instead he gave me great advice over the phone and told me it would probably sort itself if not call him back. Service that is honest, informative and not money grabbing means i will recommend him at every opporutnity i have !
5 stars all round. Can’t fault the service from Pestakil. Tina was fantastic. Quick to respond, knowledgeable, sensitive to pets in the home, sorted the problem in a couple of visits at a very reasonable price. Whilst I hope I won’t need to call them out again (lovely though they are ) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them if you’ve got a pest problem.

I’d been having problems with Seagulls nesting on the roof of our property for a number of years. Another tradesperson recommended Scot and passed on my contact details. Scot contacted me promptly – came and visited the property, explained what needed to be done and within a certain timeframe before nesting season again. Scot was very polite and chatty, though very professional, and put me at ease as these birds have caused me and my family considerable distress over the years. What can I say, Scot visited again within a mutually agreeable time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Guaranteed quality workmanship and very good value. If you’re in any doubt and have seagull / nesting problems. Please be assured you’ll be in safe hands with this man. Job done! Thank you so much again Scot…!
Excellent service. We had hundreds of wasps in our hedge next to our front path and I was concerned that visitors could be stung. Called Scott at 8 am and he was here just after 9. Fortunately there was no nest just an irresistible snack bar of aphids. Scott dealt with them in no time and told us what to do to prevent them returning. He also identified a nest that was in our flat roof as honey bees so they were left in peace. 100% recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again should we need to.
We had concerns around potential woodworm in our garage ceiling beams. Scot arrived to inspect and confirmed that it was live woodworm that needed treating.
Scot provided a quote via email as promised, and was able to complete the job within a very reasonable timeframe.
Scot explains the job, what he will do and the outcome. He is polite, courteous, always keeps in touch as and when promised and is a pleasure to deal with. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic service, we discovered rat droppings in our loft and under our cupboards and MSB managed to come out the next day we called them, after using their brilliant skills and powder they were able to detect exactly where the pests were coming in from on his second visit! After the second visit we heard no more noise and blocked up where directed too. MSB have just completed their 3rd and final visit with no problems at all and no more pests getting in! Highly recommend if you don’t want additional lodgers in your house uninvited!

Exceptional service from Matt who was very polite and friendly. Rang him late last night and he arrived this morning. Explained every step, checked outside the property to find entry point for ants. Knew exactly what to do and has hopefully sorted out the problem but has said to contact him again if needed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
