We’ve had huge issues with mice (despite keeping the house as spotless as possible) and the only company that’s been able to solve the issue permanently is Redbridge Environmental Solutions. An Essex-based pest control company was highly recommended to us a few years ago, but were unable to fill all the holes (I had to get a handyman for an extra PS100). When the mice returned with a vengeance, they refused to help unless I forked out for another round of expensive proofing. Marc at RES identified and filled all the holes EPB couldn’t, going above and beyond to ensure every single entry point in the house was completely closed. It’s been a good few months and I haven’t heard a squeak. AND they were cheaper than their competitors. If you want it done properly, ask RES.
I had an issue with Pigeons that decided to use my roof gutters and side pipes as their home for 6 months, this created an unhealthy environment with bird poo all over the place which went solid. Worst was over the cars at the front. I found RES on google with all 5 stars and called them first, Mark turned up and gave me good price to fix the problem. Mark fitted bird spikes to the gutters and pipes, and jet washed the entire area, there is not one bit of bird poo anywhere. If I had to hire a ladder & jet washer and buy the spikes, it would have been more than RES price, I am very happy with the service RES provided and recommend their services to others 100%.

We have known, used and recommended Mark for years. He has resolved issues for us to do with mice, rats and pigeons. Amazing service, friendly and he gets the job done. The service is quick, the follow up is excellent and each time we have come away having learnt great preventative steps to stop issues happening in the future. Could not recommend enough.

Great service, after hearing scurrying noises from the loft we called M.K pest control who investigated to find that we had a rat infestation, over 3 weekly visits they set traps and sealed up cracks in which the rats could have entered, several rats were caught in the traps and we haven’t heard the scurrying noise since.
