Vlad from Provincial Pest Control provides really excellent service and is highly recommended.
He responded very quickly to our call and answered all our questions. We were provided with a Prep Sheet with instructions what to do before and after spray treatment – that’s quite a lot, but you do it if you want to make sure no bugs are left hiding. Once he came to our hose Vlad did a very thorough inspection of places where you send most of your time at home. We got two treatments in the span of four weeks to our bedrooms and the living room – places where bugs crawl and hide. The warranty for effectiveness is three months – that’s how long the spray is effective. And the price for this service is very competitive.
Just want to commend Vlad and this company on being so personable and professional. Had a five star experience. It started off with a very informative phone call answering all my questions. Followed by a next day appointment and following day action. You couldn’t ask for anybody better to put your families mind at ease when you hire this company. Knowledge is power and Vlad gave me all the tools to become more educated about pest control. Ask for Vlad he’s honestly the best.
Woke up to an ant infestation at my home. Called Provincial Pest Control at 7:30am and Vlad was at my house by 10am spraying. I had to leave for work and I felt very comfortable leaving my house to Vlad to take care of.
I came back with the problem solved, all areas cleaned and even extra steps taken to prevent issues in other areas of the house.

This review is long overdue. We reached out to Pestend in February regarding a bedbug infestation. We selected them due to their prompt response and reasonable pricing. Dealing with bed bugs was a frightening experience, but Pestend made it significantly more manageable. This company stands out as one of the most professional teams I have encountered. From their quick response and punctual service to their patient explanations, every individual we interacted with displayed kindness and compassion. Nabeel excelled in identifying the problematic area, and his recommendation to discard the headboard was crucial in eliminating the infestation. Following the initial treatment, we did not observe any further activity, the team graciously maintained communication whenever we reached out. Overall, we received exceptional service, and I wholeheartedly recommend Pestend to anyone in similar circumstances.
Found a bed bug and it was a nightmare. Tried all kinds of powders, treatment and bed covers but they kept coming back. After 3 months of suffering we gave Pest End a call. Nadia was very helpful and her admin staff was always prompt and wrote detailed emails and answered all questions over the phone we had prior to the visit. Nabeel was really polite, provided lots of details, even gave us an extra 45 minutes to do last minute clean up and move. He identified where the trouble area was and gave the first treatment. After the treatment (Heat and spray), a few bed bugs appeared but they ended up dying on their own. The second step treatment resulted no more activity existed and after that we have been fully clear of the bed bugs and extremely happy with the services. Will definitely recommend Pest End to others. The price was comparatively very good.
I recommended Pestend to my parents who had an ant issue. The company is very easy to deal with (I am also a customer). Their technician, Javaid was wonderful. He communicated well with me and kept me updated on the work he did for them. He worked around their schedule, came out when he said he would and best of all, he took care of their problem. So now they only need monthly maintenance. Pestend’s customer service is excellent, including their office staff. They offer excellent quality in service and are very reasonable for the service they provide. Keep up the good work!
