Rupert was really quick to respond, ringing me back within a couple of hours and visiting the next day to take a look in my attic. He reassured me that the problem was birds rather than rodents, made some helpful suggestions and didn’t charge me anything for the call out or advice – would highly recommend and will definitely use again if I have any need in the future.
We had three wasp nests at our property that needed attention. Fortunately Rupert was able to fit in around our busy schedule and promptly got the job done. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and promised to come back if there was any remaining activity. I’m pleased to report there are no more wasps! I would definitely recommend.
When I had a wasp nest problem that needed sorting urgently Rupert of RF Pest Control saved the day. He altered his plans so that I could get the wasps sorted the same day and he did the job quickly and diligently. His prices were competitive too. I came on Google to check if anyone else had the same experience I had. turns out they did.
The bracket of time they give you for when they will turn up is ludicrous 8:00 – 13:00 given the fact that when they turn up you have to leave for 4 hours – there should be some sort of indication for when they will be coming.
The professional turned up to my door this morning – as it was early and I have a pet that I would need to put into daycare due to the fumigation; I asked if he could delay for 10 – 15 mins so this would avoid me and my pet being forced into the rain for a those 10 – 15mins while we wait for the vet to open and he could be kept safely and I could then go in work from there. This was a stonewalled with a no and instantly file as “rebooking”. In my opinion, this is just bad customer service – you may be thinking schedule – however the timeframe is so broad one would have no idea when they will turn up, either early morning or lunchtime.
I then called in to the HQ to book another time. I also mentioned the inflexible treatment I got from the professional this morning, which was again met with the same energy. I was stonewalled about the timeframe and the vague time confirmation practice they employ. The only clarity I got was you will not be the first call so they should reach you after 9 onward – better indication but good enough.
This is service is not a package that gets dropped off. This is a service where someone has to let your professional in and then lock them out. I would suggest to this company that you make timings clearer and you inform your staff to speak to people with respect. it is not that hard.
Everyone has a schedule and an idea of how long a procedure takes, so I don’t accept vagueness on timeframe – that is just unorganised. I will also add being nice/decent is free your staff should put this at the forefront of your service.
The people who leave reviews are disgruntled or super happy with the service – so they say. but it rings true as I have taken a break from my work to let you know that I am in no way pleased with the treatment I received today.
Many thanks – sorry to leave a complaint but it did not seem like your team would listen to my experience over the phone. Hopefully in the future people have a better experience than I did.
This company has been called out over six times to my property and has so-called proofed my property twice. However the problems with mice remain. The last person who came to proof my property left all the kickboards open! After proofing, I didn’t realise I would have to oversee and scrutinise. Now there are more pests than there were before he came it’s awful! Two words bodge job save yourself the money and fill your home with traps. Very disappointed.
I just called today and experienced the rudest customer service. How can you call and I explain why i called and then be transferred to someone saying hi can I help you but didn’t I just explain
You know they are all in the same room and office what a disgrace.
Why do these women have this work ethic like people don’t matter. Totally unprofessional. And .
L&Q contracted this company to do there work and from the get go I know there is a problem.
