J’ai recemment eu recours aux services pour m’aider a resoudre un probleme dans ma maison, et je dois dire que je suis tres impressionne. Non seulement qu’ils sont super rapide mais egalement la personne qui est venu chez moi est tres professionnelle et serviable.

We have an ant problem that started last summer. Booked this company and had to pay a large amount up front. In retrospect, I should have done more homework so that’s on me.
Pros
– Answer phones quickly
– Staff are polite, bilingual
Cons
– Several weeks delay for a visit
– Expensive for the brief time they spend (30 mins per visit max)
– Did not look for ants nest, simply deployed ant traps with poison around the house (which didn’t work since this is year 2 with the problem persists.)
– Missed a visit in year 1 so they take your payment but it’s up to you to ensure they come for subsequent visits (which is not what I was told initially.)
– Missed a visit in year 2 – gave a day and 3 hour window, didn’t show, didn’t call, I had to call to find out they were behind because of rain. Missed a morning of work. Rebooked because I chased them
Great, quick service was offered. They truly seem to know what they are doing and as a family business, have many years of experience in the field. They catered to all our questions and allowed us to contact them after the job was done if any questions arose. I definitely recommend.
We had an amazing experience. Clovis was professional, effective and knowledgeable ! He was able to come quickly to perform the treatment. We felt in good hands in dealing with a very unpleasant situation to say the least.

Elite a regle un probleme recurant de chauve-souris chez moi.Tellement impressionnee par cette compagnie! Du premier contact, evaluation, prise en charge, suivi et travaux completes, le personnel a ete parfait, professionnel et transparent. Tres honnete, donc pas peur de repondre aux questions. Explications claires et devis detaille. Le cout des travaux est comparable a d’autres compagnies d’extermination, mais le service et la competence des gens chez Elite est bien au-dela des autres (cliente echaudee par une autre cie ici…). Excellent service. Rapide et efficace. J’ai malheureusement oublie le nom du technicien qui a travaille chez nous mais il a ete professionnel, tres poli et a assure un suivi regulier. Ses explications etaient claires et il n’a pas hesite a changer de strategie selon l’evolution de la situation.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! La personne m’a repondu au telephone sur toutes les questions posees! Elle m’a donnee un prix sans frais de deplacement. Elle a pris du temps a parler au telephone. L’exterminateur s’est deplace la meme journee. Il m’a aussi conseille. Le seul point a ameliorer serait d’offrir un paiement etale sur plusieurs mois. Quand tu as un gros paiement imprevue a faire, c’est plus difficile en 1 seul versement. Merci, merci!
I had a big scare and thought i found a cockroach. I am near Joliette so called around and they were the first to answer. They quickly asked for a picture and reassured me that it was 200% not a cockroach, provided the name of bug and explained the difference in appearance between the two. I was so happy they took the time to really listen and solve the my problem so quickly. Great service!

S D Extermination Services have provided me with the best service and support I have ever experienced. I have a clinic that in the past had frequent pest infestations. However since working with S D Extermination, the infestations have stopped. The S D team are very knowledgable, identified the problem quickly and accurately, and not only got rid of the infestation but put measures in place to guarantee it would never happen again. They are also very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend S D Extermination Services!
SD Exterminating Services came to clear the cockroach infestation in our building 6 times during the last 12 months. The building is still infested by cockroaches, more, we got mice ans rats also. For mice and rats they came once a few weeks ago, now the mice and the rats are walking around the house in daylight. Very poor services, no interest in fixing the problems as this is where the money come from.
This is a worse company and 2 years i realize their Technician are not realy Professional or honest with the job and this company has no follow up after u paid ..I will say this company doesnot desrve any Rating ..and i dnt recomend this company …PLEASE DONOT DO BUSSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU CAN WASTE YOUR MONEY
