I just want to say a big thank you to Mark who came out to my property yesterday. I previously had some mice in my kitchen and they had left so much droppings and mess all over the my units. Mark was very kind,friendly, professional and informative from the first contact. He cleaned and emptied all the mess from my units with so much care. He even cemented a massive hole, l had in my back garden with no extra cost to avoid me having problems in the future. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody with a pest problem. They go above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly. I am very grateful to Mark for especially travelling to my area which they don’t usually cover just to sort out my problem. We had roosting pigeons under our solar panels and it wasn’t just the disturbance early in a morning, it was the mess caused by their excrement in the gutters and on the patio. We contacted Topline and they were very responsive, carried out a site visit, explained everything they could do, what method and materials they would use (shown samples) and how they would do the job. Nice people to deal with and they also organised scaffolding that would be required. Again, the scaffolding firm they use from Retford we’re extremely professional and friendly. Despite weather issues, the job went really smoothly and the results were excellent – no more roosting pigeons and associated mess. Great teams, great job and value for money too.
Excellent company and service…. rang them on the Thursday and they came and pigeon proofed my solar panels on the Tuesday, so didn’t have to wait long at all.
Their quote and price was far far more reasonable than a lot of companies too,, just goes to show ya that so many companies out there just like to rob ya,, but not these lads,, very very fair price.
The work carried out has been done to an excellent standard too,,, I really am over the moon with it,,, its spot on.

After paying a lot of money over the years to well known companies without success & rats re-appearing every year. Steve was amazing! So knowledgeable, he understands the characteristics of the rodents, he wants to solve the problem not just give a short term solution. After two visits Steve worked out there must be a hole in a sewage pipe outside. After contacting Yorkshire Water they came to investigate and there was indeed a huge crack in the pipe work. The pipe was fixed and Steve did one more check visit. All seems fine.
He was on time, sensitive to my concerns, on hand for any questions and advice. Cannot recommend him enough! Don’t pay the big companies for work that isn’t completed. Steve gets the job done!

He arrived on time, is so friendly and reassuring. Very knowlegable too. He took time to explain the process,and got the job done in under 10 minutes.I have no hesitation in giving him 5 stars.

Window cleaner spotted wasps entering our house near a window. Texted Liam after reading some of his positive reviews and I’m glad to say he lived up to all positive comments. Good communication. Turned up as promised. Assessed the property and discovered another nest on another side of house. Dealt with both nests and the wasp are now gone within a day or two. Very reasonable price. Contacted Mick of Kestrel Pest Management for a loft clearance of Rat contaminated loft insulation. Mick carried out a site visit first and gave me a spot estimate of cost. He also gave me a verbal and emailed plan for the operation, and kept me updated on his expected arrival. He arrived on the agreed date and time, and commenced protecting the carpets and landing area with dust protection sheets at the property. After removal and bagging all of the old loft insulation, he carried out cleaning and disinfection of the loft area. The insulation was then replaced with new, to the correct government recommended depth. All of the loft debris was then removed promptly, by a certified waste contractor from the premises.
I personally cannot thank Mick and Connor enough, as they also cleaned out lots of remnant builders lath plaster, that had been under the old loft insulation for years. Both guys worked very hard, and carried out a first-class job. I would recommend this company 100%. I have had my fingers burnt by substandard contractor’s work on numerous occasions in the past. These guys have renewed my faith in humanity, that there are great company’s out there, hence the five-star review. These guys don’t only talk the talk, they walk the walk!

We can highly recommend the professional team from Kestrel Pest Management. During the process of renovating an old cottage we discovered many, many years (50 years +) of old loft insulation together with very old pest remains and vermin action, which needed to be cleared and cleaned. Mick from Kestrel visited the property and provided a concise and thorough inspection before sending a quote, he then kept us up to date with the process of delivery and how the timing would work. During the actual clearance, which took place over several days, the team worked very hard in a clean and professional manner. This was quite a large job and at all times they informed us of the process in a polite and knowledgeable manner. If you need to have a loft cleared, or any advice of pest control, clearance or similar, these are the guys to go to. Great service and thanks very much.

We have previously used this service to remove a wasp nest in our conifers but recently noticed a bees nest in our guttering rang and was given advice and assistance, a very helpful chap who is very knowledgeable and who gave advice but did say if anything changes or had any concerns just to give him another call

Would definitely recommend this company they now do a counter service which is good for me as they are local. They provide a good advise for the product you need to rid you of the pest you have and step by step instruction on how to use, touch wood we have now got rid of those pesky pest
Has wheel chair access to the reception area but sales area is located upstairs with no wheel chair access.
Looks more like warehouse than a shop. Must include a customer sitting area on ground floor instead of running up and down for buying stuff.
Great products, which work well – I’ve bought from Pest Expert several times now, there Formula B Rat Poison is the best I’ve found. Using it regularly for controlling rats and mice on my allotment.
