I try to call few companies never answer the phone on prices very high , lucky I phone reading pets control James he send a guy in next 30 minutes he told me to wait 2-3 day , next day I didn’t see any ants in my property

In our spare bedroom, we discovered a bed insect infestation. Fortunately, Reading Pest Control was nearby. The team was excellent and gave speedy treatment along with lots of helpful advise. Since then, we have not seen any bed bugs.
Called RPC to treat a wasps nest in my shed and they came the same day I called. Really pleased with the service and recommend them.

Avoid this company, liars and scammers.
We had a flying ants infestation in our bathroom (or should I say have). Man came out, put down some trays of poison and said it should be gone in a week. Charged nearly PS100, all seemed ok.
Left the bathroom alone for a week, going in everyday to check and it appeared to be getting better. Guess what? It was not.
The same man came back after a week and said it’s all looking good, there may be a few ants here and there still but all on track etc etc.
The man knew that we hadn’t dealt with anything like this before and clearly used this to his advantage.
He then tried to charge my partner nearly PS100 again, after previously stating that the initial charge included a return visit a week after the first visit. Obviously, my partner told him absolutely not and asked him to leave.
Fast forward a couple days, the bathroom is covered in ants and flying ants again. My partner got hold of the company and they basically tried to fob him off, spouting all sorts of rubbish and saying it now may take up to two weeks for the poison to work, also being very rude towards my partner. His next solution was to seal up the crack that the ants were coming out of, therefore sealing them in our home alive, I have never heard anything like it!
My partner phoned another pest control company for a second opinion and they have agreed that it sounds like this company has taken liberties.
I would highly recommend you to not use this company.
Unfortunately not happy with the service provided. We contacted the provider with sparrow nesting under the roof in multiple places, which has damaged our new felt and wanted to bird proof.
But the solution provided didn’t last and they had to come 3 times to fix it , but still didn’t work out.
The birds are nesting exactly the same place again, when contacted I have not been told it’s might squirrel problem but I can see the sparrow managed to get in as usual like the first time and the solution offered is not good enough

Rob was able to turn up the same day and deal with our European Hornets nest that had started in the loft space. Within 24 hours they had virtually all gone and after 48 hours we didn’t see another. It’s been a couple of weeks now and the nest is most definitely dead !! Very relieved and would use all seasons pests again. Thanks Rob
Can’t rate Rob high enough. Top bloke, he came around to deal with a rodent and wasp issue. Amazing knowledge of pests. Dealt with my problems and haven’t had any issues since. More than a competitive price for the work also. He was recommended to be by a friend and I will be doing the same! Thanks Rob.

We needed to get rid of a wasp nest in our garage. I called late Saturday afternoon and spoke with James and next morning at 10:45 one of his technicians arrived and treated the nest. He explained what would happen and within about four hours the nest was destroyed.
I was very pleased with the excellent level of service and the price.

We have had an issue with Rats on/off for 14 years in the attic coming back every year. We have used many pest controllers. All who put poison down and state the issue will resolve within a few weeks. Pest Uk were different! Rick came to visit and did a walk around of the property. Immediately identified the issue and blocked where he could see the problem was. He also put poison down as an added precaution. He did a follow up a few weeks later. However we were pleased to inform him that the Rats had gone and could not be heard anymore. Rick was the first pest controller to actually listen and take the time to walk around the home and identified the issues. We highly recommend this company and if we have any further issues we Will definitely only use this company. Thank you so much Rick!
I hired this company to remove squirrels from my loft. After their third and final visit, the squirrels returned to my loft within a few days. Despite contacting them multiple times, every time they promised to call back with a solution but never did. I was consistently ignored and ghosted, with no offer for a follow-up visit, even when I expressed willingness to pay for extra visit, leaving the squirrel issue unresolved.
These people charged me PS150+ to treat a wasps nest. The worker was at the property only 10 minutes and missed a second nest only 2 metres away.
Despite telling me at my initial contact that other nests found would be PS45 they wanted to charge me another PS80+ to come back and treat the nest they should have spotted at their first visit.

I Work for a lettings company in Reading and have been using Warren at Combat Pest Solutions for the last 5 months. We have found him to be very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable regarding all pests. So far we have used him for problems with rats, squirrels and flies. Each time the problems have been resolved very quickly. We would defiantly recommend Warren to anyone with a Pest problem.
Warren was brilliant, very friendly and fast to respond to any questions. Contacted him Sunday evening he came out the next day to do an inspection of the problem. Then was able to start the treatment that day. Brilliant price as was been quoted double from other compainies. We would recommend Warren he knows his stuff and gave us lots of tips to make sure we hopefully get rid of the bugs for good.
Amazing response, price and service. I contacted Warren from Combat Pest Solutions having recieved a recommendation from a family member. I sent an email at 10pm by 8am the next day he had contacted me and booked an appointment to attend that same afternoon and treated the wasps nest in my roof.

We contacted Tony to help us get rid of a small number of rats that had made their way into our home via disused pipe not capped and connecting the sewer system to under our kitchen extension. They got into cavity walls and up into loft. Tony was fantastic and his approach to the problem is the ONLY way to deal with it. Find the source of the issue and block rats from there. Do not waste money employing a company to simply come in and put poison down (which is what we started with – what a waste). This solves nothing and didn’t even seem to kill any rats in our case. Tony was professional and understanding from the first meeting. He was diligent, thorough, and persistent in coming out to us, sometimes daily, to track the rats and find the source. His advice, approach and workmanship was top quality and what I would expect. I wanted someone to truly take ownership of a problem I did not know how to deal with and gave me alot of anxiety. Tony did this. I’m confident if the problem ever returns, I could trust Tony to come back and resolve. His service was value for money as well. Unlike alot of competitors who will take more money for a no-care, no thought approach simply dumping down some poison.
Fast, professional, polite, reliable. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending these guys. Real top class service. Seriously, if you need a pest control service, these are the guys to call.
We heard a scratching in the loft and didn’t waste time looking for pest controllers. So glad we came across this firm. Leon came out the same day we called and immediately set about checking our house, and our neighbours, in the loft, brickwork and drains. He set coloured powder, bait and poison. Although things went quiet, he came out after a day or so and discovered a potential inlet. Tony also came out to check. Traps were set in the loft and Leon also checked our roof for us and filled an old outlet pipe.
Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for these guys, went above and beyond what I expected, and they don’t just do the job, they explain what and why they are doing what they are doing, and are happy to answer as many questions as you want to ask.

We had an issue with what we thought was a single Rat for months. We called Maidenhead Pest Control Ltd , who really put our mind at rest. Tony was super helpful and reassuring. Literally within 2 mins of being at the property he had found the entry point where the Rat was entering and leaving the house. By the next morning it was caught! Maidenhead Pest Control advised they leave the traps in place, just to make sure nothing else was in the house. Couldn’t believe they caught another 2 rats over the coming days. The service was amazing, professional, reassuring, true customer service getting the job done in the best way for us. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

David Rees visited our house initially to investigate rat sightings in our garden. It turned out the rats were coming from our neighbour’s garden and he was really great and working with both households to solve the problem. At all times, he explained what he was doing and also provided us with interesting and reassuring information about what was happening. He made several return visits to both properties at no additional cost to the original quote to check on progress and within a few weeks the problem was solved. Would highly recommend.
With an ongoing issue with pigeons getting under our solar panels I made contact with David who was recommended to us and glad we did. Excellent communication from the original email inquiry through to the installation of a pigeon guard around our solar array. Fantastic workmanship-turned up on time-tidying up on completion and polite to deal with.
