Pestop were at my home within 20 minutes of my calling them. Admittedly I was in their town town of Kingston upon Thames but, even so, that is a super-fast response. 10/10.
I required a wasp nest to be destroyed. The poisonous powder was shot three times through an air-brick and the wasps immediately went bonkers. However, just thirty minutes later almost all of them had disappeared – and the following morning there no wasps at all in evidence. 10/10
Mr Shahriz Manuel, the owner-operator of Pestop, was courteous, tidy, efficient and reassuring. And he charged what he quoted, so I got no nasty surprises. 10/10.

We received amazing service from this team after years of failed attempts of getting rid of the mice issues we’ve had. We called the council so many times over the years with no luck of actually sorting the problem. They came on time, and stayed until the job was done, we have not had any mice since they’ve been.

I’ve used these guys in the past in my home for cockroaches, bed bugs and now for my business to protect against rodents.
When it came to the cockroach and bed bug issue, I have tried everything that was available in stores and hired 2 different companies to to end the problem. Everytime the pests came back. Two visits from Derman and the problem has not returned.
Later I began using them on contract for my business to protect against rodents and they have been nothing but punctual and consistent.
TLDR; Fixed my problem, Prices are good and I haven’t had issues with their service.
They DO what they say – brilliantly!!

I was taken through the whole process step by step; everything was organised A-Z. They kept in contact with me through wotsapp.
Having bed bugs is a stressful task but it sure helps when you have professionals working with you.
Within 2 weeks all bed bugs were gone. We had two visits and a complimentary spray.

This is the best company which I ever used for the pest controlling purposes.
Ibwas facing tge issues of flies in my house from quite a long time.
They solve my problem within few days however the other companies did not do the survey properly and their staff is not tgat much friendly as this company staff.
