E ridiculo ter que se esperar na fila normal para levantar um medicamento ja pago e comprado no dia anterior porque a farmacia nao o tinha no momento que eu enfrentei fila para comprar.
E apenas pegar e se ir embora simples assim mas estao a dificultar a vida, NOS FORCANDO a esperar.
Se pelo menos chamasse intercalado as senhas GERAL e as senhas LEVANTAMENTO, ainda seria aceitavel.

Metade dos produtos nao estao bem marcados e outros nem existe o preco…
Na caixa e sempre uma aventura e e recorrente os precos nao corresponderem ao preco que o cliente viu.
Infelizmente muitos nem se apercebem…
O seguranca esta sempre na conversa ou a fumar. A maior das vezes nem no interior esta…
Os restantes empregados estao mais vezes no intervalo que a trabalhar…
Falta sempre gente na caixa e apoio aos clientes e para esquecer…
O pior mesmo, alem dos precos altos, sao os produtos mal marcados…

Falta de empregados e os que la trabalham nao sabem o que estao a fazer. Estao constantemente a colocar precos errados! Artigos marcados com um preco quando se chega a casa e verifica-se a fatura nao foi aplicado o desconto ou colocaram o produto mais caro. Na fruta fazem sempre isto! Se houver 2 tipos de manga, por exemplo, se optar pela mais barata na caixa vao colocar sempre como se fosse a mais cara. Ja me aconteceu mais de 10 vezes. Se nao sabem, devem perguntar ou verificar. Os clientes nao sao obrigados a decorar os precos de tudo.
Bom dia. Gosto do Continente. A maioria dos Funcionarios simpaticas, nao tenho razao de queixa. Tirando uma situacao pouco Higienica. A funcioaria que estava a atender no cafe, tinha luvas, muito bem, para manusear a comida. Mas com as mesmas luvas, mexe no dinheiro. Gostava que chamassem a atencao e que nao voltasse a acontecer. Always well stocked and open, really convenient location near the park, beach, station and residential flats. So glad they opened here!
Their selection has become very poor. When they opened there was a great variety of items that you could choose from.
Is a good supermarket. Like others Continente’s.
But is a new on this place.

As a tourist, I am amazed by the variety of the items especially the fish & seafood counter, so i used by phone to capture the wonderful seafood. However when I took photo of the seafood, one of the staff at the seafood counter told me taking photo is not allowed. I was shocked by this instruction and it is the first time ever in experiences across different countries. I’m not sure if it is the regulation of the store but for sure I respect the words by then staff and so I deleted the photo.
On an afternoon in July the temperature inside the store is uncomfortably hot.
I really wonder why they install an air conditioning system and spend tens of thousands of euros on it if they don’t intend to ever use it.
It is also bad for business because the fruits and vegetables get spoiled fast and in my opinion more than half of the fruits are never sold (I wouldn’t consume most of them if they were even offered for free).
Free parking for one hour. Nice employees. The best supermarket in Lisbon. Unfortunately employees are standing up, they have chairs to sit but I suppose they are not allowed to sit . This is unbelievable, that is cruelty. Please ask the employees to sit and complain to their boss. The boss has a nice chair to rest in private.

Great location. Full service location. Exceptionally clean, well stocked, lots of parking, including covered spaces, outside the building. Staff in the fish section were focused on prepping fish for shelves and not paying attention to customers so we had to wait like 10 minutes which was unfortunate.
Great deli area, coffee shop, and bakery. We liked all the bread we purchased here – super fresh. This seems to be a high-traffic location with many people coming in and out, but the lines moved quickly at checkout. Florist inside had a decent selection.
Definitely has a big selection of products. I think that another thing that sets them apart, is the self service payment.
A big advise I’d make is to forget the reserve wines. Expensive and they are all spoiled and very rarely you’ll find a well preserved one. Most are completely undrinkable in my opinion. Don’t go with anything over 2 years, MAX. You’ll have to start enjoying the heavy tannins on those younger ones. That, or go to a real wine store.
Today we had strogonoff, it was the worst meal ever.
The food was cold, the strogonoff tasted like shit. I don’t know what to say, the profiteroles were awful. In addition, the bill was issued incorrectly and the beer was warm. You are not asked for a NIF as a foreigner.
There is a need for training!
In addition, the seating is very dirty!
What was OK was that the cutlery was reasonably clean.
Not to be recommended!

2 months ago, I had the worst service in my life. The store managers played me like a ball, and everyone was lying. Nobody knew about the availability of the product, and I, like a donkey, went to different stores and caught my luck…
I left a review on Google maps, with a description of the situation and a symbolic one star. I could not put minus 5*, because it is not possible here:(
After 2 months, luck smiled to me – I received a response from the store. This is a standard text that sounds like “oh, we’re very sorry, here’s the link, contact us, blablabla”. I know for sure that this is the Internet, and the links should work. But no. They gave you a link that you can’t click on or simply select and copy. Everything is done so that you continue to suffer after 2 months. Okay, thanks God that I have a phone made by Google, and I don’t need to type the link manually, but just recognize the text and copy the desired piece…
Okay, I get to the site. This is just the Leroy website. Where you can choose a section and for some reason again describe and experience that pain… Okay, I’m ready. I selected the desired section, and then they asked me to fill my data. I felt like I came for an interview at an intelligence agency, and not to describe the worst experience of my life. And one of the fields that needs to be filled in is a phone number.
There is only one problem – when you enter a phone number, the error “the number does not match the format” appears. After I stopped crying I tried different formats – just a phone, with +351, with 351… None of the possible options satisfied the form. I think it would be cool to make a mask of phone number format, but this is an impossible task, since there is a more difficult task – to make the client remember his dissatisfaction after 2 months…
Leroy Merlin is Portugal’s champion for bad service. If I could fill out a form on the website, I would ask where to send the medal.

I am shocked at the level of service from this company. SHOCKED. I thought it being so big, they would have a higher level of professionalism but that is far from the case. FAR. I went in to ask for a quote for a heating system and paid up front for it. The guy initially came out completely unprepared to take measurements and never returned. After multiple calls to their worthless call centres, they have still not been able to reschedule a new date nor have they refunded me my up-front-payment. Any time I called, a new person ‘registers’ the issue and nothing happens. I have made two visits with countless hours of help from salespeople only to not deliver on promises to reschedule or to refund me. All they do is update their systems without actually helping customers to resolve issues. Renovations are already stressful and these people add only to this stress. I DO NOT recommend working with this company. SAVE YOURSELF.
Leroy Merlin stores in Lisbon are much more complex compared to stores in other countries and, according to some, more expensive. There seems to be no organization in the vast space. I saw this in the store in Almada last year and was surprised. This year, we shopped at this store and unfortunately, it was the same.
Since we don’t speak Portuguese, we asked some questions to the employees. As far as we observed, they were working very hard, and we had to wait constantly to get help. They all helped with interest and sincerity, but they are insufficient in number. First of all, the number of employees needs to be increased. This way, the workload of the employees will lighten, and people will receive better service.

This supermarket sucks. Don’t order anything online from them!!
I ordered Christmas toys for my son and I never received them. Then I tried to call them to no avail. I called their customer service at least 10 times and no one even answered. I called multiple locations still no answer. I emailed them and all I got was “we’re looking into it” no human contact. Just an auto email reply. This store doesn’t care about its customers. They only care about stealing your money and increasing shareholder profits. I refuse to shop there ever again and my friends agree. There are better supermarkets with better customer care.
Continente and cafe are fine, but that they allow stands inside of the continente bom dia with product piracy of known technical brands is very bad. Its nothing someone will expect to buy in a market like this.
the employees are very nice, fast and helpful. the space is big and doesn’t feel claustrophobic, as it is the case with many Portuguese supermarkets.
good products and well kept in stock.
