Top quality company very friendly and helpful. Called Henry very late on Sunday evening and he came out to see us first thing Monday morning on time as agreed. Very knowledgeable and confident he could deal with our problem quickly which is just what we needed with a baby at home, always professional, friendly and courteous when he came to visit. Henry is a true professional, we called on a weekend and was with us 9am on the Sunday.
Inspected the loft and confirmed a potential woodworm issue.
Put us at ease, explained the options and was in no way pushy with what options to take, only what fit within our budget.
Attended and carried out the work efficiently. Also protected the flooring after we found further infestation in one of the bedrooms. (Joys of 350 year old house ownership)

We had rats in the loft and walls, and had already employed a national pest control company, and a local man. Both had failed despite costing some PS700. They did not really make any effort to find how the rats were entering the house, which to my mind is essential. All they did was put down poison and traps, which would never stop future rats from returning. We found Christan and his team on YouTube, and were impressed by his approach – basically they do not use traps or poison – but rather they find the access point and block it. They put cameras up the drains under 2 manhole covers and found nothing. But they were persistent and eventually found a 3rd manhole cover under the neighbours decking. This revealed a hole in a pipe located under the corner of our house. They installed one of their one-way flaps to stop rats going up that pipe. Since then we have been rat free. This is a totally different approach to lesser pest controllers – and I would wholeheartedly recommend Christan and his team.
I used these guys last week to remove a colony of honeybees from a chimney stack about 30ft up. As a beekeeper I was anxious to save the bees if I could and so I came across Pest Interceptors after a quick search. They came down to do a survey within a couple of days and then arranged for the removal. Their scaffolding team came in the morning and erected their kit within an hour. The boys then started on their work of removing some brickwork from the chimney and removing large chunks of comb and brood before placing it in a box. They even managed to find and secure the queen. The whole thing was conducted like a military operation and I have to say the boys were both dedicated and extremely knowledgeable. They repaired the chimney breast afterwards and is now in much better condition to when they started. It’s the first time I’ve seen bricklaying by torchlight. They did an amazing job and above all have total sympathy with the bees.
After months of extreme distress with a rat problem and using pest control companies that just didn’t solve it we contacted pest interceptors. Bridgnorth Pest Control is the only pest control company I’d use. Jackie offers an excellent service. She has a great knowledge of all kinds of pests. She is friendly and helpful and gets the job done. Not forgetting her trustee sidekick Ollie. He is an amazing sniffer dog it’s a pleasure to watch him going about his work.

Noticed lots of angry wasp activity around house found what looked to be a wasps nest at high level at the front of the house.
I contacted Telford pest control as I had a wasps nest on a totally different side of the house which Telford pest control and prevention services sorted last year.
Spoke to Keith who was friendly and efficient in arranging a suitable appointment
Joe attended the next day and treated the wasps nest
Joe explained how he was going to treat the nest and got on with it fast and professional.
After the treatment hundreds of now very angry wasps left the nest
next day all gone job done.

Highly recommend this company. Keith is very professional and conscientious. We had a rat problem and being a small holding I was worried about my animals and laying bait but Keith was excellent and I had total confidence in his work. I called Sentry Pest control to deal with a rodent problem that I noticed my 93 year old mother had at her home. They came out quickly, were very efficient, thorough and considerate. My mother lives 200 miles away and is housebound with early onset dementia. They kindly timed their arrival to coincide with a carer coming to visit her. It took quite a few visits and they kept me informed throughout. I am very happy with the service they provided and grateful for their being so considerate. My mother said they were friendly and very nice, too!
We just had Dave round to check if we have bed bugs, because my sister saw something when she stayed last weekend. Although he said he didn’t think we had anything, he still checked everything and was really friendly and polite! In the end he told us we have a few carpet beetles which aren’t a pest to humans. He’s put my mind at rest and didn’t charge anything to check the apartment. We would definitely recommend this company.
