Extermination Express m’ont donne rendez-vous pour un traitement interieur/exterieur contre les araignees…la journee en question, personne ne s’est presente !!! Personne ne m’a appele !!!!!!
Je les ai contacte pour avoir une explication …ils m’ont repondu qu’il pleuvait donc il ne pouvait pas faire le traitement et qu’il me rappellerait la semaine prochaine quand il fera beau ….

Nous avons eu un excellent service. Nous avions des fourmis et ils ont rapidement trouve et regle le probleme. Ils nous ont egalement donne de precieux conseils.
C’est des voleurs, meme pas professionnels, le monsieur sait meme pas comment traiter les punaise du lit et il charge 1300$ pour un 5 1/2 c’est ridicule .

With the recent Spring temperatures above freezing, my Wife & I noticed a few ants in our den around the fireplace. Upon calling Genie Extermination in the morning & leaving a VM, that afternoon we were called back and provided an appointment for spraying a Biological Insecticide for the following morning. The Technician arrived slightly after the appointment time and we did a “Walk Around” the Den and main floor, plus the basement with particular attention to the furnace room where the fireplace extends down to. After he prepared his solution he proceeded to spray the floors at the walls and in the furnace room he even sprayed the ceiling where the fireplace wall extends. After the treatments, we had to leave upstairs windows opened, the furnace fan on circulate and leave the house for at least two (2) hours to not be constantly exposed to the smell / fumes from the spraying. About four (4) hours later we returned and did not notice any significant odor; except in the furnace room which was heavily sprayed and which we avoided for the rest of the evening. The following morning there was no significant odor in the furnace room and we have not seen any ants in the den since the spraying. Genie offers a Guarantee that if ants do return they will come back and spray again At No Charge!
I had a very positive experience. I contacted Genie Extermination after having a very negative experience with another company. I wish I had contacted Genie Extermination first. From the first, Mehdi was very thorough, respectful, and professional. He walked all around the house (outside and inside) and inspected everywhere. He then gave me a thorough plan on how he would tackle the situation. The second visit, he put the plan in action and it worked! He came several time to follow-up and ensure that everything was in good order. I was so grateful to finally be rid of the pests! I give Mehdi my highest recommendation.

Roger Extermination delivered an exceptional service to us, gave us a reasonable price and was the only exterminator who actually answered the phone when we called him on a Saturday morning. We called him and two hours later he was at our home. He applied the treatment, did an inspection of our home inside and out, went in the attic and within an hour and a half we were given an amazing and professional service. Very courteous and respectful. I would refer him to anybody. What I appreciated the most is that he actually came to us the same day, even though it was the week-end. I had placed several calls before I came across Roger Extermination and all I received were voice messages, I guess other companies don’t work week-ends??? Anyways, whatever issue you may have for this type of problem, I would highly recommend Roger Extermination for a quick, professional service at a fair price! His over 30 years of experience definitely shows.
Mr. Roger has proven to be a very efficient and professional exterminator. We got a sort of issue pertaining roaches with a tenant in a block building of ours, resulting in the involvement of city inspector. We had a very productive meeting with all the parties present, problems solved one by one. Everybody was happy. Two thumbs up for him and his company.
Had this company spray our offices recently for black flies and they did a great job spraying the factory completely and Eli Ares the problem quickly and efficiently. Very happy with there services.

Not a great experience ..i reside in a low cost housing unit who has a contract with this company for the extermination of unwanted pests..when given a set date for the service i was told that no our personnel does not call 30 minutes ahead to say that they are on the way…i am employed at a distance not too far from my residence and thought this would be convenient and i could be here in a timely fashion however i was told that i would just have to stay home from 8 am to 4 pm and wait for someone to show up to do a 15 minute job the woman i spoke with was rude and expected me to accept this with no further discussion…i have since cancelled this appointment and will never ever call this fine and upstanding model of efficiency and customer service….BEWARE
Tres mauvais service. Perte d’argent, de temps et le derangement des locataires en plus que l’immeuble se retrouve avec plus de souris qu’a l’arrive de RMB extermination inc.
Il ont utilise un traitement qui ne fonctionne pas et sont revenu a deux reprises pour tenter de nous convaincre que la situation etait reglee.
Resultat, il y a plus de souris qu’a leur arrive, ils n’ont pas donne suit aux appels fait, Ils n’ont pas respecte leur garantie ecrite et se declarent non responsable de la qualite des techniciens qu’ils emploient.

The owner of this company is ha no idea what he is doing.
Also, increased his price when he saw my house. Very very unprofessional. His diagnosis was all wrong to the point that i had to incur thousands of dollars for nothing because of his lack of knowledge. He set poison apparently but that was never found in an inspection 2 days after . He told me my insulation needs to be changed and that he would change it and the quote he gave me was unacceptable. He said i need decontamination when in fact i got my attic tested and rechecked by an inspection company for contamination and they said my attic is impeccable.
Do not use. If i can give 0 stars i would. And be careful how he prices . Not honnest
Quelle equipe sympathique ! Je suis aller a la boutique sur Concorde pour avoir de l’information et acheter un insecticide. Ils ont pris le temps de bien nous expliquer malgre le lunch tout chaud qu’ils venaient de se faire livrer. Je me suis senti en confiance et j’irai les voir en premier la prochaine fois.
