My elderly mother had come in contact with bed bugs nonetheless her home became infested. I contacted AK Pest Control for their service. A technician came to the house within a couple of days. He was very informative. He explained in detail the process and how the chemicals worked to kill the bed bugs.
The technician was very helpful and was very sympathetic to our situation. I can now happily say my mother’s home is now beg bug free.

Great experience! Who likes having an annoying mouse in your house. Asghar was very professional. He took care of the problem quickly and the mouse is gone. The traps are in place to make sure that we don’t have issues in the future and he also took the time to take me around the house and point out what I needed to do to make it less likely that a mouse could get in again in the future.
Needed boxelder bugs treated at a backyard shed, and ants at a patio that is used often at my parents house.
The owner comminicated clearly, set a convenient time and offered a fair price. I plan to use their service for the future needs.

Had an inspection and 2 treatments to get rid of bedbugs. 6 weeks later and another infestation in one the rooms that the so called technician said there were no bed bugs. Had the same technician come out for another inspection and he had no explanation. Accused him of not treating the room and he just looked at me dumbfounded and said nothing. Called Orkin and a technician came out, told him about Marshall’s job and he said there is no way the infestation could be like it is 6 weeks later. By the way, Orkin has a 3 month warranty. Called and complained but to no avail. They also don’t give warranty. I think the omission of this room is to keep the bugs going so Marshall’s can keep charging. My fault for trying to support a Mom & Pop operation. Never again. Rating is an abysmal minus 10 out of 10.
The experience we had with Marshall’s was exceptional. After an inspection, treatment of our problem by Marshall’s wasn’t seen as the best way to handle things. An effective course of action was recommended and the consultation was on the house. Amazing professionalism and service. Highly recommended for diagnosing and servicing pest problems. These guys are great!
I have had dealings with this company several times for wasp control issues, as my area is bad for this, and I am very satisfied with their service and professional staff. For the two people who are giving this company bad reviews you have no idea what you are talking about.

We called in one of the “big guys” to help us with our substantial fly infestation and after a year with minimal progress we called in Sentinel. Our only regret? Why did we wait so long!! Not only did they get our issue under control they worked with us while we negotiated out of our contract with partial service until we could integrate them as our main service provider. Their policy of no contracts and the philosophy that they don’t force customers to work with them just goes to show the confidence and dedication they have in their service. They are true professionals that take pride in their work and it shows! So if you are looking to find impeccable service at a reasonable price give Sentinel a call. You wont regret it!
